The transformation of Brick Landing continues with much improved greens, fairways, sand traps and drainage. The difference is remarkable from where it was a couple years ago. We’ve played it twice in 2 weeks and will be sure o include it again during our next visit to the area.
The pro shop staff is quite friendly and well stocked and the restaurant is good.

Leopard’s Chase is an enjoyable and challenging layout. The greens are true for the most part, but a few have areas that are still coming in. The staff is helpful and friendly and always make one welcome.

Crumpin Fox is better maintained than some private country clubs I’ve played. The staff is friendly and helpful, the layout is challenging, and the greens are superb. The greens are quick and undulating, roll true, and in excellent shape. Lunch at Zeke’s on the deck is a great way to sit back and reflect on the day’s play. I continue to come back despite the 90 mile drive, the place is fantastic.

Played as a couple with 2 others who were familiar with the course. The greens were quick and in good conditions, sand was excellent, tees and fairways grassed in well and fairways pretty open. Glad to have someone who knew the course with us because at times we needed advice as to where to hit tee shots because of all the bunkers and dog legs. Will be back again.

The greens have been fully restored to their regular true and fully grassed in condition. A much improved situation since we last played in 2018. We will definitely be back in the near future to enjoy the much improved conditions.
Also a pleasure to be able to use carts on the course 2 days after the course received over 4 inches of rain.

First time we played Brick Landing this year and the condition of the course has continued to improve. The greens were true and lush, the fairways quite green and well grown in, and the tee boxes had good grass coverage and were quite level.
The layout is somewhat challenging and very inviting for a competitive round of golf. It’s good to see the owners steadily improving the conditions. The greens are all new this year and the tees much improved. We’ve been coming to BrickLanding for about 10 years and over the past 3 we’ve experienced a steady improvement. We’ll be back again before we leave.

A challenging course on a windy day with signature back to front sloping greens in the tradition of Donald Ross. The starter was quite helpful offering his suggestion for the appropriate tees and overall course strategy. Greens almost all healed following their being punched and they rolled quite true. Tee boxes and fairways in good shape, bunkers being worked on currently. Will definitely return to play again.
For a great dinner with exquisite ocean views try The Tiller at the Cliff House which is diagonally accross the street from Cape Neddick Country Club.

The Maples Course is in the best condition of the 3 tracks at Sea Trail. The greens and fairways are in good shape, the rough is sparse and the bunkers are decent. The Maples is a fairly challenging resort course with some interesting holes. This year it is our course of choice at Sea Trail.

Each year the conditions at Brick Landing get better and better. The waterside Holes are oh so picturesque and they require very accurate shots in order for one to score well. The owners are definitely reinvesting into the property and the greens are in good condition. In fact they are in much better condition than many of the other courses within the Sunset Beach Ocean ?Isles communities. The layout is challenging and fun, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and accommodating, and the food, drinks, and view make fir a great after golf experience.

Have played all 27 holes regularly during our visits to Sunset Beach and have been quite pleased until this year. There were at least 14 greens that were in poor condition because of the winter kill. However, other courses within the same area have greens that are in great shape and without winter damage. In my opinion the greens keeper made some sort of mistake this winter. The fairways, bunkers, and other aspects of the course are in good shape.

First played Rees Jones course about 12 years ago and enjoyed it and the conditions very much. In subsequent years course conditions and facilities declined considerable. During the past few years conditions of the course improved dramatically and greens, fairways, and bunkers are in very good shape. Pro shop has been adequately restocked and cart paths have all been replaced. All these changes made for a very pleasurable golf experience.
