A very beautiful and challenging mountain course with fabulous greens and fairways. I have been told it might be the best kept secret in WVA golf...and possibly the toughest!
Great price for a wonderful up in the mountains experience. We try to play every time we are close! One of our favorite golf courses anywhere.

Kiln Creek has vastly improved under the HOA, making it an enjoyable and challenging course.
Greens are fast, fairways are in great shape, and the new golf carts and technology are awesome!

This is a great course and I enjoy playing here! But, the wet winter months have made some fairways fairly poor. A few dry and warm days will bring out a little more green, per the name!
A few bunkers were almost hardpan, with very little sand.
Delightful to be on the course with no intrusions from the built-up world.

Ford’s Colony has excellent food and terrific bag and starter staff.

The Hawk Marsh course is a fair and forgiving layout, with wide fairways and excellent greens (except for the temporary green in Hole 1). There are some areas absent grass or eroded by all the recent rain, but very limited.

Tough course at times, lot of elevation change. Very nice layout and some big view shots.

The course is in excellent condition. The back nine is an awesome array of elevation change and deep quary voids. Well worth the price and visit!

Almost no flaws on the greens! Challenging, very nice course and facilities.

I always enjoy playing The Pointe golf course. Played in cool weather on Sunday, all bundled up....but warmed up by greens in great condition and always excellent food in the restaurant. Fairways are all brown now, but the rough will eat a. ball of any color! Stay in the short grass.

This is one of our favorite courses to play. Great conditions and mountain views. Greens are in terrific shape....and tricky!

Approaches to greens sometimes narrow and challenged by water. Don't be afraid to lay up! Greens in excellent shape.

Six par threes will test your accuracy if not your distance. Most holes very picturesque. No driving range means you get to warm up on the #1 handicap first hole, par 5. Survive that long straight intro and you get to enjoy the OBX woods and Albemarle Sound.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. While this was my first round at this course, I will be back. This must be a fabulous course in the summer. Great find.
