Silverthorne is under new management and they are putting time and effort into improving the conditions.

The Groves takes pride in their course from the staff to the course conditions. Tee boxes, greens, fairways, traps, and rough are in good shape. Golf carts have gps. I showed up early and was able to go out with another Golf Now member early and played 18 holes in less than 3 hours.

Course was in good shape, nice fairways, greens recovering well from aerating, some tee boxes were hard getting tee in, sand traps need some work. Played 18 holes in little over 3 hours.

Tee boxes, fairways, rough were burnt. Greens had recently been aerated and had weeds growing. Apparently they hired a new grounds keeper so he has his work cut out. It was in better shape a few months ago when I played there. Bartender was nice. Golf carts were fine. Free range balls and nice practice area.

Played on a Wednesday and finished 18 holes in just over 3 hours. Joined up with two other guys and had a good time. Tee boxes, fairways, areas around the greens were great. Ground is soft so you can take a divot without hurting yourself. The greens were recently aerated so they were still sandy and allowed approach shots to check up. Most sand traps were soft and playable but some were wet. Look forward to playing again.

It was a beautiful day in the 70s sunny but it had rained days before. So some of the holes were lift clean and replace. Somehow the tee times were overbooked as there were 8 golf carts waiting on the 1st tee and I had to wait to get a golf cart. That being said I like the course and recommend it. It was just a nice day weather wise and alot of golfers wanted to play.

Had the course to ourselves just about. Two of us played it in 3 1/2 hours. Front nine in nice shape. Back nine needs some greens work. They are putting sod in places that need it. They were spraying and dropping fertilizer so they're working the course. Looking forward to playing it again. For $12 with the golf now discount you can't beat it!

I was able to play 18 holes by myself this afternoon. Course was not that crowded. Caught up with a threesome which didn't offer to let me play through and there was no Marshall on the course. So I was fine taking my time playing two balls and getting some practice in. A twosome came behind me but chose to replay previous holes which was fine with me with this covid thing going on. But no one was wearing a mask. Overall the course is in nice shape and the staff were friendly. Hot Deal was $22 and I used a $21 reward so only cost me a buck.

Greens were recently punched but other than that course was in great condition.

Course was in great condition. I thought the greens and fringes were artificial they looked and felt so green and plush. Fairways, tees, and sand were well kept too. Will play again if I'm in the area.

Staff was friendy and helpful. Course needs some work. Patchy tee boxes, fairways, greens and rough. Sand traps were good. Course winds through active adult trailer park. Hilly with blind shots.

Played the course for the first time on a Thursday. Greens were very fast and rolled true. Apparently the greens are new this year and faiways have been improved. Tee boxes and fairways were also in great shape. The rough is typical of most Florida courses I've played with that creeper grass. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rangers were on the course keeping pace of play going. Looking forward to playing there again.
