Pace was good but traps were almost unplayable. Mostly mud and little rocks. Greens very firm with no check.

Ridge playing and landing areas are key on this rolling course. Take a few extra balls for those spots. Washes are dangerous with sharp rocks, sticky bushes that pull at you and your clothes and yes dangerous crawling creatures. But it's rewarding when you hit your spots. Have played it many times and will try again over the holidays .

Course conditions poor due to grass issues and reseeding. Greens very slow and not uniform in speed and condition.

Not your cookie cutter layout. You have to play the yardage to have a chance to hit the fairway. Overall one of the better conditioned courses for PV playing area currently. Was very windy so made it tougher than normal.

Many fairways,tee boxes and even greens in poor to fair shape. Wait a month before going.

You really need a gps map to pick your target landing area. No one in our foresome had one. One first time player quit on back side after losing several balls in the extreme rough. Course website should recommend players bring device since carts don't have this feature.

You really need a good range finder gps to help you confirm distances to the landing areas. Many traps in landing zones . Cliffs give you rich warm feeling.

Fairways ok. Rough cut very low. New and better sand going in traps. Players not taking time to rake them. Pity.. Greens grass very winter conditions. Rolls pretty true.

In generally good condition. Some rough spots. Greens putted quickly and true. Very windy the day I played.

Cool rainy day. Played in under 4hrs. Many quit during round. Greens in truly winter conditions. Major drainage improvements on several holes. Members do rule the course.
