I have always wanted to play Lochmere. and now I did Sorry it took so long that wit my game declining from rust and old age I still enjoyed the day out with my friend. For being open early in the season the course was not the worst for wear after such a brutal winter.

Surprisingly good green and fair way considering how dry it has been.

This is the worst condition that the course has ever been in in 25 years of playing here. Only played because online price was so low. The tees were without grass, the greens were deplorable, burnt holes poorly cut, pin placement only where there was some green grass.. most fairways were just as badd.
The Preserve Golf Club

I didn't know about this course till I went on GolfNow, Was very surprized wjth the over all good condition of greens and fairways. My home course is still under snow.
We are aware of and want to inform all our golfers that we have been subjected to a chemical burn on our greens, which could be from our water, or another source.
Both the County and management are aware of this situation. We are working together to find the source of the issue, and develop an immediate plan of action to address the current situation, and prevent this from happening again in the future.
Please know that this issue is receiving our full attention, and that the burned turf will grow out quickly.
