Great day to play golf in the hills near Cave Creek 2 of us got paired up with a couple guys who have been life long friends and I was with a friend of 52 years. Their game was similar to ours and we simply had a great time.

The course paired me up with a 70 something old man who refused to shake hands, would not respond to any questions, swore like a drunken sailor, threw his clubs and beat them into the ground. There was no conversation, he walked away from the cart waiting on the tee boxes and we were being followed by a couple who had their radio cranked. What happened to old fashioned golf etiquette......and silence when a person is taking a shot. This was not number 16 at the WM Open.

This course is well laid out with lush fairways and perfect greens. The rough had dormant grass and we were not allowed off the cart paths at all.
At my age and considering my health, that was a bad surprise. Notification on that prior to teeoff with the option of cancelling would have made my day much better. Played with a 39 year old who has been in the golf business for 22 years and it showed in his prowess on the course. Very Cool!

If you"ve already played either of the 2 18 hole tracks, you know that both courses are very challenging with cool views of Big Boulders all over. There are rocks that look precariously perched and appear to defy gravity. It is well groomed with fast greens guarded by intimidating white sand bunkers. I will gladly play in again during my AZ stay if I see another HOT DEAL on it.

I've been a fan of your discount golf tee times for many years. I've played your typical Snowbird courses in Scottsdale, Palm Springs and the Orlando area and had a great time.
This particular day was unusual because this course is very familiar to me and I simply couldn't find a golf buddy to join me when I wanted to play. So......I went to you for a deal on a tee time. The listing showed an opening for "1" and I grabbed it.
I got to the course and asked if the other players had checked in yet, only to find that I was a "single" and not paired up with anyone.
I understand you're at the mercy of the club and the spots they want to fill, but I would like to know if I'm going to play a 3-4 ball practice round, which is what this became. Or, a nice round of golf with a few new faces.
Please consider letting us know what we're getting into when we see you're looking for "1" player to fill a team of "0" players.

I played this course last year and don't remember it being in the nice condition that I found it this year. There were very few "ground under repair" areas and the greens were in excellent condition. I arrived about 20 minutes early and they asked if I could go right to the tee box, which I did. Round played fast and I wished that the 2nd nine went as well as the front. Worth the effort and dollars.

When you've played some of the more expensive and gorgeous golf tracts around Palm Springs and you start wondering if you can ever break 90 again......go to this course. It will make you feel better about yourself and hopefully give your game a little shot of adrenaline. It is a little tight in places but the greens were in great shape and there were only a few places where fairways were "ground under repair". Bang for the buck is super.

Someone told me that the Valley Course was a lot tougher than the Palm, so I opted to try the easier. I got paired up with 3 older gentlemen who's wives were playing in front of us. There we so many people at the resort we were told to park on some grass about 2 blocks from the clubhouse. Great, caring staff and the course was in great condition. The ranger drove by and handed out bananas or apples. Due to the age of the other players......the game went way too slow.

This course is a great value and in very good condition. Greens were fairly fast with pin placement almost always on some sort of slope. The panoramic views are worth the green fee cost.

Got paired up with 3 Canadians and had my best round in over a year. Actually got my first hole in one. Memorable Day!!!
