My wife and I played on a Tues. in April.
I have found that playing on weekdays is generally less busy, this was no exception.
The staff was great. From checkin to returning the clubs to the parking area.
We did not use any amenities. But that said the facility looked great.
We met the starter near the first T. Quite a friendly fellow who described the course to us.
Then he sent us on our way.
We found that from tee to green the course was in great shape.
We also found from green to T a nice ride on paved cart paths, through the trees and over the creek on the MANY bridges.
As to the course, I LIKED IT. It was a course that needed some “grip and rip” and some “finesse”. The greens were “relatively” flat and rolled true.
KUDOS to WCC.
I’LL GO BACK TO PLAY AGAIN.

Played Galleon/Clipper.
Nice day, cool and a slight breeze.
T time was 12:45, given it is Nov., we were close to dark when finishing.
Our 3 was complimented by a very nice gentleman, John .
Course conditions were very nice. Nothing caught my eye that would indicate a lack of care.
Sand in the traps was very firm.
Greens rolled true and quick.
Yardage markers were not obvious to me and since I didn’t have a golf GPS with me, I frequently questioned distances.
Maybe just me not being familiar with the course.
Anyway, a very nice outing!

ps. We did not look to use “off course amenities” and since N/A isn’t a choice, I gave no stars.

Tee time was for Fri at 11.53.
2 players in front of us (2).
We saw them for several holes, then the course was ours. We did not see another golfer on the course.
Tee boxes were fine, Fairways had a few brown areas, but otherwise nice, greens were nice and a bit slow.
Seemed like ALL of the greens were well protected by sand. That was a challenge for me.
The only yard markers were at 150. It would have been nice to have them at 100 yds. also.

Nice day, nice staff, nice course, good cart, If I get back in the area, I will go again...

Rich, in the pro shop, is as enthusiastic as I've seen . Glad to see someone who likes his job that much.
I would like to play it again. I went there because it had been on my radar for a while AND it was a HOT DEAL.. I'm glad that I went.

Went to play because it was a nice day. A bit of breeze, some sun and 60 deg..And of course a "HOT DEAL" was available.
Conditions on the course were what I expected for Feb. golf.
I will go back.

although our twosome finished the 18 holes in 4 hours, Which is good, The flow of play on the front 9 was slow.
4 golfers were ahead of us. we caught them on the 3rd hole. . at no point in time did they ever acknowledge us. So we waited on every remaining hole on the front 9. No one was immediately in front of them.
THis review is NO reflection on the golf course. This is venting at RUDE players.
A plus is that we did get to meet and chat with the group behind us. behind us.

Nice course. Fairways in decent shape, greens large rolling and nice.

Our "T" time was at 1:oo p.m..
It was not crowded and play went very smoothly. We weren't held up on any of the holes.

It's Summer....
Fairways are dry. BUT, you get a lot of roll.

I've played this course many times. I keep going back........

Wonderful day to play. 50 deg. +/-, sunshing, blue sky.
Tough to beat for this area on the 19th of Dec.,

I got paired with an individual who had also played this course , Nice guy...

For the most part the course is very playable. A few greens needed a little rest. Leaves were cleared from the fairways.

Well manicured. Wide fairways. Large true rolling greens.
We went on an off day, for the most part we were alone on the course. If only golf could be played like that all of the time.
Stopped at the grill after our round. Food was good, service likewise. Locker rooms and facilities very clean.

Greens and fairways had been aerated. We were made aware when getting T time a week prior.
We were also told that the snack shack was not open. Understandable given the time of year.

Nice course, nice day, good golf,good refreshments, good facilities. I will go back.

this course is in great shape. The pro was a great guy (John, I think),
The front nine was pretty simple and we thought that this round would be a bit dull.... WRONG, the back nine issued a challenge that proved to be very interesting and somewhat tough. The flat ground of the front turned into changes of elevation that made us "flatlanders" ( we are from South Jersey)somewhat bewildered as to how to handle the topography..
A nice day and a nice course.
I describe the front as the warmup, the back is the "the fun".

My wife and I had a 2:40 T time.
We were started a little early, behind a foursome.
Obviously we waited on every hole. The foursome seemed to not be aware , or didn't want to be aware of a twosome that could have played through. There were four holes between them and the group in front of them.
Ultimately, we skipped a couple of holes and got around them.
At dinner that evening , I wondered if those gentlemen had finished yet...

I can't say that Centerton Golf Club was at fault.
I can say that the foursome was inconsiderate.

We have vacationed at HHI for years. Always thought that Golden Bear was quite exclusive.
If not for Golf Now Hot Deal, I probably would never have played there. It is

I have played Centerton in the past.
It may be my imagination BUT, it looks better than it has the past few years.
Fairways, roughs and greens cut very nicely.
Greens in better than good shape.

2 of us played a 3 1/2 hr. round. Obviously the course wasn't too busy that day (VERY HOT DAY).

My wife and I were at the first tee behind a foursome of " not so experienced" players. 2 singles came along and joined in with us.
Pace of play was slow but, none in my foursome were in any particular hurry. It made for a nice relaxed round.
Quite a pleasant experience.
