2-3 groups on every tee box. They should stick to the tee times and not allow groups of 5 to play. It makes for a miserable round. This was on Tuesday, I wonder what the weekend is like?

Coyote Hills Golf Course
Played On 03/19/2023Pace of play is the best around! The course condition could be improved, especially around the greens. The greens ran really slow compared to the practice greens so took a bit to adjust. I definitely like coming here because I know it won’t be longer than 4 1/2 hours. I’ll be back to play again!
Golf Club At Terra Lago - North Course
Played On 02/04/2023Really cool course. I can’t wait to come back with my son. Only downside was the cart girl stopping by at the 15th green. A bit late in the round. No gps on the cart which would have been nice since it was my first time there. Otherwise it was great!

Played On 10/09/2022It appears that they have an issue with the greens. Multiple areas on every green had bare spots and different grasses growing. Still a good time.

They put a group of 5 out in front of us. They had a little kid maybe 6 running around with them. Not there to play golf. Never saw the marshal to help with pace. There was a 2 gap hole to the group in front of them. Drove off after the 14th and went home. Course appears to be declining. Staff was super friendly so that was cool.

I’ve lived in Costa Mesa most of my life and love that we have two really fun public courses here. My son was in town and we happened to get a 7:41am tee time on Linda. My bday was the day before so my son paid for my round, which was a bonus! I shot in the 90’s and he only beat me by 20 strokes. Hahahaha. The course is always fun and if you’re halfway decent you’ll have lots of opportunities. We walked and finished in just over 4 hours. We love coming here!
