No cart with golf now price, I realize it is on golf now but I get use to having cart included and did not check. Course does not accept cash which is plain stupid.

Good course for most hackers. The only problem I had with the course is : golf now... showed a price without a cart, so I had to pay for cart at the course... the course does not accept cash only credit card.

fairways and greens are good, rough is short but clumpy,in AZ traps usually not filled with good sand anyway this holds true on this course.
Arizona Traditions Golf Club

course is not very long but has enough difficulty for a low handicapper to be satisfied....fairways were good the rough not so much and the greens were good.
Sundance Golf Club

The course is in great condition, the greens were firm, smooth, and fast. Use a pro line ball if you want to hold them otherwise you will be chipping back on the green.

The greens are very sparse and need attention or by mid summer they are going to lose them.
