This is a difficult golf course. Take plenty of balls. Try to get paired up with locals that can help you with course knowledge, as there are quite a few holes that will bite you if you hit what appears to be a straight shot.

That said it is in great shape, the greens are moderately fast and consistent.

I’ll definitely be back.

Nice course, don’t pay attention to the pictures, more like a muni than most of the high end courses in the area.

Hard to evaluate the greens, they were punched 10 days ago, so lots of weird bumpiness, we used the 2putt rule.

A nice change after the target golf so many of the courses around here offer.

Upland Hills is arguably the easiest 18 hole gold course in Southern California. Not that that is a bad thing.
If you need a confidence builder it's short (5000 yards or so), and very fair and forgiving.

We played at 6:45 am on a Sunday, very friendly on check in, the course is in great shape other than the 10th hole (they are building a new tee box). At the turn we caught up with the group in grout of us. They asked us if we knew there was a breakfast buffet included in our green fee? Sure enough, there is a breakfast /lunch buffet every day till 2pm included. Stay out of the rough....
