Front nine not so good. The back nine better. To much maintenance going on.

Pretty dry and hard. Greens bumpy and rough. Fairways ok but drying out quickly. Tee boxes very uneven and need some TLC.

Standing water on fairways, Tees horrible, greens not so good.
