Very nice course

I play here often. Course is in fine shape. Greens roll great, nice fairways, etc. Played mid week in the afternoon, not crowded (but it was 96 degrees). For those that have not played here, try to play with someone who knows the course. Local knowledge really helps on several holes. Also, only saw the beverage cart once the entire 18 holes which is brutal in the heat. Just FYI...this course does not make a turn at the clubhouse so make sure to have plenty to drink in this heat. They do have water on several holes which was a life saver.

Nice course

Overall a nice course. Good practice green and driving range. Fairways and greens ( which roll great ) for the most part are very nice. We played mid-week and finished in 4 hours for a 4-some so good pace of play. My only complaint is the bunkers need work and I do think they are trying. Some are basically hardpan and some nice white fluffy sand. I realize bunkers are penalty areas, but some consistency would be nice. Just FYI, no food and beverage due to a remodel except for snacks in the pro-shop so don't come hungry or expect to ice down any drinks. The GolfNow hot deal for $35 we paid is a fair price.

Nice course. Fun layout and some challenging holes. Very nice greens. Play the appropriate tee box for your skill level and you should enjoy it. My only complaint about this course is the lack of yardage markers. I can't stress this enough, you'd better bring a GPS device or range finder or you're screwed. I guess I'm just old school and figuring distances is part of the game. The restaurant was closed but the snack shack was open which sufficed. Overall a nice course and a good day of golf other than the 98 degree heat.

Nice course, fun layout, needs yardage markers.

I like a course with holes that make you think and offers risk/reward on several holes. This course does that. Play the correct tees for your skill level and you should enjoy it. Tee boxes, fairways and fringe around the greens were near perfect. Greens are still a little sandy, but coming in nicely and should be near perfect in another week. Even with that they roll true. My biggest complaint is the course needs yardage markers. Can't find one anywhere. Not on cart paths, not in the fairways. Once in a while you might find a sprinkler head if you search long enough. I was told by several course employees that the club pro doesn't like them. I'm sorry but not everyone uses a GPS watch or range finder and it sure would make the round more enjoyable to be able to find distances to the green. And just FYI, they don't want you to bring a cooler and they won't give or even sell you ice (I tried). Their reasoning is "we sell cold drinks". I don't mind spending money on your drinks, but on a 94 degree day those cold drinks get hot after 1 hole which makes the other 8 before the turn very long and hot. There was no beverage cart so that wasn't an option either. Overall this is a very nice course for the money, but a few small changes could make the golf more enjoyable.

Fun course at a good price.

Short course but that's what makes it fun in my opinion. Fairways are forgiving. Greens are small, but that really gives you a chance to work on your wedges and short game. There are a few blind shots and some of the greens are really close to the next tee box so use caution. Guys that run it are very friendly and really appreciate your business. I'd play it again at regular price which is not much more than my GolfNow deal. For what they charge they do a really good job keeping the course in nice shape. Remember this is not a resort, it is typical of most city courses I've played. Come with that in mind and I think you'll enjoy it.
