last played when there was nothing else around, as I can recall...so, a bit different from that perspective. as a "hot deal" and w/ a discount code at $41 I thought O K... greens were consistent and rolled nice ...some fairways a little beat up, but overall, for the price...good deal

UNDERSTAND...you can NOT "play golf" in the current conditions. one can however, "practice" and if you get a hot deal for under $20 ..it is only a bit more than a couple of large buckets at most driving ranges, and might be less ! it is a real shame just how poorly maintained this Ross design is... played back in Oct and thought "OUCH" ! but Now...Yikes !!! lost a ball in the fairway ! ...I did know this going in however, well not so bad, but knew it was likely very poor..but approached it as practice AND though I thought, from other reviews " O K can do some putting" do Not think that ! the claims that the "greens are pretty good" to me is a result of a "relative" statement...and yes, relative to the rest of it, o k..but do not think that means good .... evidently a new general mgr for 3 weeks, I was told 3rd in the last 6 mos! the owner seems minimally concerned.... too bad ...but, we all know how important practice is !!!

as other reviews had stated, greens are very nice...other portions of the course, not as much but, not so much to keep you away... slightly out of the way to get to and the "auto-stop" on my cart would come on at times when on the cart path, annoying at times,,,but again, not a reason Not to play...a hot deal price 25-30 is excellent 35-40... ok ...more than $40 at this time of year... I probably would look elsewhere

seemed like many had found the course to be a good choice...mystifies me a bit...this is basically a municipal course that charges like it's a ... expensive bag of range balls, NO Water on the course, so ... has a relatively nice locker area and pix of Arnold Palmer etc, who I figure would be sad, having his name associated with such a poorly maintained piece of property... forget they had recently punched the greens, the poor condition makes that a non-issue... not a ball-washer to be seen ... the history of the place is real enough, just unfortunate that it is not being treated accordingly.... my game has taken a turn for the worse, in recent years, and hdcp shows but, I still know the difference between value and ... not worth it

Last played over 15 years ago, as Ridgewood Lakes and though I did not recognize much in the way of layout changes, they may be there. Overall a good deal if the right price. I played Thanksgiving day and had I been a few minutes earlier or later, could have gotten bogged down. Staff directed me off the back 9 and I breezed through, as a single, just how I like it. Same on the turn, 1 group on each 9 I went through and though they would have let me play, I choose to just go. So, kind of course I did not mind missing a hole. It was 2 actually, but, a 2 hour round of 16, for 40 bucks, it was a good deal. Some of the reviews I'd read, prior to playing, made me wonder... there's likely better courses, but at a "hot deal" price of $40.00...Go for It !

had played once before and able to breeze thru again, gave up 2 holes w/ 5 somes but worth it play as I liked ...finally on golf now well worth the trip and a "hot deal" makes it that much better ...Ross design, w/o the "extreme" green drop-offs seen on the pet courses, but still, plenty of challenge ! courteous and helpful staff, it seems to be a dedicated crew of locals who play most of the time...you'll see why !

saw, over time, a number of good reviews and as it is a Donald Ross, wanted to get to it, however, it was, in my opinion, a disappointment and unfortunately, not hurricane problems type of disappointment ...for less than 20 bucks I'd say try, but until there's actually some grass in the fairways, go elsewhere

1st and foremost, at $20.00 - hot deal - no real complaint...but, w/o any warning and perhaps you need to play one to know ..No Water on the Course.. to drink ..fla golf course, in the summer !! w/o drinking water ?!? no way ! it would have been a nice track to walk, unfortunately I can't anymore...and with "cart path only" in effect..yikes, needs some major repairs ! all this on a municipal course , so a little lee-way is extended , if U get a hot deal...20 or Less ? take it...And Bring Water !

from the get-go, appeared as though not much effort was put into the golf experience ...that said view others take on it... a wedding, on the course, was planned so staff may have been focused on that ...but... makes no excuse for the poor upkeep, in general, of the greens .... appears to me it was allowed to fall into disarray ....that stuff happens,,,seasons / too much rain / not enuff...whatever ! but, price one pays should reflect that, in my opinion

as i usually do, hot deals are my choice and this one was 10.00 w/tax 14 ...can't be beat ...easy to get to, decent layout ...it is a "community" and the membership moves at their pace ...so be prepared ...but i was allowed thru a few times and went back to play a couple of holes i missed ...so overall a really good deal ...again, for the money

not too much to say , it was a "hot deal" and at 10 bucks ...14 w/ tax ...it was fine ...5 bucks for a bag of balls was o k, despite being of the mindset they should always be free if you are playing ....so get a hot deal fine ! in season 25.00 is likely o k ...but do not go out of your way

you get what you pay for ...my fee was 12.00 and i'd do it again, given the prices elsewhere ...for me it was just go out and hit some balls and practice other then at the range .....mostly o k the greens are not very good

I hadn't been to harmony in over 8 years and wanted to see what was up...major changes in the town...basically built around this johnny miller golf course ... and for those looking, breaking ground on a 55+ community ! not too pretentious not lacking for amenities ... the course was a little beat up in spots but nothing to take away from the overall experience ...a bit off the baten path for the Orlando destination .. but WELL WORTH the drive !!!

the greens were not nearly as well off as those of the practice area ...there has been a lot of rain, and so not too much of a surprise ...it's " off season" and so improvements are being made and at $10.00 for a hot deal can not be beat ...be advised you do add an additional 6 dollar fee for the toll bridge ...still very much worth it !

purchased as a hot deal...far and away the best i have had to date @ $10.00...obviously not always available, but if you can get one ...best to go for it !!!

basically the course is good ...though recently aerated , it did not effect any aspect of the game and greens putted fine ...what made it stand out was the hot deal price 12 dollars !!! for 18 holes ...i have yet to get such a great deal anywhere !!

look i am of the opinion, if you love the game , you play as many of the old courses you can ...1924..that's old right ?!?
did not have the severe mounding of the greens that made ross's courses so unique in their challenge..and this course had been aerated recently...is it a sara bay
no... he designed sooo many ...and there is a lot of similarities to a number of other "public" ross courses i have been on ...but ,for 15.00 !!!
