Improved condition, some tee boxes need work, fairways are improved, greens are much improved, overall pretty good

For a municipal course this is well conditioned and maintained. The greens are challenging and roll fast and true with many designed to penalize over clubbing. Playing a few times to gain some local knowledge should help in knowing where to aim in future rounds.

The course is in great shape, beautiful fairways, and greens were fast and also in great shape. Many of the bunkers have been reworked and have new white sand. I was lucky not to be in any of them today.

Nice pace 3 1/2 round, greens are in great shape, no rakes, ball washers or water coolers, just like other courses, Challenging layout is fun to play.

Course looks great! Greens soft but fairly fast. Some tight light lies. Bunker sand playable.

The course was in good shape, greens were pretty fast and consistent. Not a fan of the sand bunkers, 1/2 of sand, wet and hard below that.

DeBary Golf & Country Club

Course was in great shape, good fairways, fast greens but they would not hold the ball and great shots were rewarded with the ball rolling off the green.
We played as a twosome and had no one in front of us until the 12th but they were a group of five playing a skins match so the back nine was a little slower.
The bunkers were well maintained with high quality sand. This is a fun and enjoyable course.

Venetian Bay is in great shape from tee to greens, with the bunkers in their best condition in a while although I encountered one on 14 with no rakes and none on the cart. Greens are excellent and rolling nicely.
Lunch was good with excellent service.
The pro shop staff was friendly and helpful.
One of the best courses in the area.
River Bend Golf Club

It's been nearly 15 years since I played River Bend and the course is aging gracefully. Nice greens with some challenging breaks. Fairways are in good shape but some tee boxes need a little attention. The bunkers were consistent and well maintained with a nice quality sand. As mentioned by others some cart paths with concrete need to be reworked and others could use some fill.
The food and service in the grill was excellent, and each staff member I met was very friendly and made a point to interact with me.
I would highly recommend this course and look forward to playing here again.
