The course is in good condition. The greens were extremely fast. Pace of play was good. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'd play here again.

The course plays well and the greens were in great shape. I keep finding that golfers in Florida do not know how to play a round in less than 4-1/2 hours as was the case for our foursome today. Other than the pace, I enjoyed the course and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

A group from our Condo has tee times on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Our tee times are between 11 am and noon. Last Saturday (1/18/20), it took 4 hours and 30 minutes to play due to slow groups in front of us. Today Tuesday (1/21/20) it took 4 hours and 40 minutes to play our round, this time the group in front of us was 2 holes behind the group in front of them.. The Player's Assistants were making rounds both days. The course pace has been horrible and I hope management figures out a way to hold the golfers accountable to keep the pace of play reasonable. Waiting 5-15 minutes between shots is just too painful. I recommend making players skip holes if they are open in front of them.

I was paired up with 3 other golfers. I played the Blue Tees along with one other player - we had comparable games and scored roughly the same. The other 2 golfers played the white tees and all 4 of our tee shots were in roughly the same location in the fairway. So the varying tee box lengths are picked very well to different skill levels. The course was in good shape. The greens are fast. We played our round in 3 hrs, 50 mins. I enjoyed my round and would definitely play here again.

If you like turtles and birds, they are half of the experience at Raptor Bay - they are everywhere.! The course length is not too bad but you play to elevated greens on most holes. The variation in tee boxes is well designed for many different skill levels. I found the fairways to not be in the greatest shape, but playable. Even though it was a slow golf day, I was paired up with a threesome who were not experienced and took a lot of time over their practice swings and shots. 2 younger Raptor Bay employees were playing the course behind us and kind of smart-mouthed us as they played through. With that said, we still finished our round in under 4 hours, so the 2 kids needed to kind of keep their mouths shut. All in all, this was a nice course, just not deserving of a 5 star rating. And the 2 employees who played through with unneeded comments also kept them from getting 5 stars.

We had a perfect day for golf. My wife and I played with a father-son duo, and we used 3 different tee boxes which really ended up fitting our games well. The greens were receptive and some were fast, some were slow. Many of the tee boxes were more like hitting off the 1st cut in the rough - they were not cut down like most tee boxes. There was a lot of water that was hidden, but now that I know where those areas are, I would know better how to play some holes. The wind came and went today, and when it was blowing, it made the course very challenging. The cherry on top for our round today was my wife getting her first hole in one ever on hole #16. So we will always cherish Eagle Ridge!

The night before I played, I booked my reservation for a 9:09 am tee time. At 6:38 am, I got a voice mail from the clubhouse saying my tee time was canceled. I called back and they rescheduled me for a 1:06 pm tee time, and then called back and let me move it up to 12:06 pm. If I had not been on vacation and could adjust my tee time, this would have been extremely disappointing. Another reviewer had a similar problem. With that said, when I did get to play the course, it was in great shape and plenty of tee boxes to choose from. As others have stated, the greens were in great shape and what I considered perfect speed, So this course would have gotten 5 stars had they honored the tee time I originally booked on Golfnow.com. It just seems like Golfnow.com and the course itself are not always in sync.

We made the turn in 2-1/4 hours. tOok 2-1/2 mroe hours to finish. sO pace was slow. sTaff very frreindly, course in oks hahape.
