It one other time. (6HC). It was in good shape, considering how much play it apparently gets. Many fairways were super plush. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in decent shape. Starter but no Marshall however, our round went smoothly with no problem and no hold ups. Cart girl available and made several rounds. Nice pro shop and nice restaurant. Range and putting practice area available and small putt putt course on site. Really nice GPS in newer comfy carts. I think our cart was super charged! Overall, it was a great day, and a great round with a local member as our third.

Great tract, fair for all handicaps, fun tribute holes. We were able to experience this course through our golf group otherwise I believe it’s completely private. Unavoidable we were there during a remodel, so the pro shop was in a trailer and had limited choices. The bathrooms were in a mobile trailer which would’ve been great had they had water attached to them. The staff was super friendly and we were grateful to be able to play and look forward to returning

Great track and always in great shape. Fairly wide fairways greens can be tricky lots of slope to the greens. Nice practice area – be sure to purchase a bucket of balls. Restrooms and water on the course. Friendly staff, nice golf shop and nice restaurant. Worth the trip we always pair it with another course nearby and spend the night. It is a 2 Hour Drive for us

This course is a must play if you are in the area. A friendly staff, nice pro shop, nice snack area and practice facility. Plenty of water on the course and Gps in the carts. This course is exceptionally maintained with beautiful carpet like fairways and true greens running at about a 10 stemp. This course is great for any handicap. What a beautiful track I will be back !

Friendly and accommodating staff, nice little pro shop. Nice bar and lunch area. Wide fairways and large greens make this an enjoyable course for any handicapper. Very well-maintained and a must play if you were in the area. A semi private golf course. GPS in the cards and plenty of water on the course. This is a fun little track.

This is always a great course and layout. The staff is friendly. Nice pro shop. Fun bar area and good food. The tee boxes and fairways were in great shape. They had recently aerated the greens but they weren't too bad. Ran into some slow players on the last few holes, but other than that the pace was great.

we played at around 2 pm and it was not that busy. . Probably due to the heat! We hit some balls and practiced some putts.There was a friendly starter and a couple of fun cart girls. The course was beautiful and in great shape. The fairways, tee boxes and green were all in great shape. There was lots of elevation changes, carries and plenty of trouble on the narrow fairways. Lots of wildlife-coyotes, Javelina, deer, lots of different birds..... The course offered challenges for HC 7 and 20.

Tee boxes fairways and greens all in great shape. Very friendly and informative staff in the pro shop as well as the starter. Got us out early as a couple.. Challenging and fun course for low and high handicappers. On course amenities -grill room, bathrooms and cart girl.. Nice pro shop but as usual limited for the ladies. Definitely a nice course to play while in the San Antonio area and would definitely play this course again.

The pro shop and start her staff were exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. We are fortunate enough to get out early on this particular day and we’re not paired with anyone. Teeboxes,, fairways and greens were in great shape. Green speed average. Nice elevation changes, A very pretty course, cart girl , snack shack, bathrooms all available. A nice course for low and high handicappers .A must play when you’re in the San Antonio area. Would love to play this course again as well as the sister course ~Palmer course. Would definitely come back to play again..

We played Clipper, Brigantine and then Galleon. We had an unlimited gold package through Heritage collection. Overall all 3 nines were in decent shape. Brigantine was the shorter course with water on almost every hole, their tee boxes were a little worn out. All 3 courses had smooth greens which were a little slow-just had to get your speed down. All fairways were nice. Pace started slow due to being a busy course, but spread out and turned out the be a great 27 holes.Friendly helpful staff, cart gal was around quite a bit, nice pro shop and restaurant. HC 6 and 19.

My husband in a 6 HC, I am a 19. We had fun on this course today. Somewhat challenging since we had never played here before, but not difficult. Some water and tree trouble, but easy to work around it. Fairways in good shape, Tee boxes fair to good, Greens not bad since they were aerated a couple weeks ago. Very busy in the morning and off to a slow start but as everyone spread out after a few holes it wasn't bad. Cart girl was around several times. Very friendly staff. Nice pro shop, nice practice facility and cold beer and good burger in the grill. Paired with a great guy named Buzz for the round and it was a good day. We booked thru a package-Heritage Collection

I love Esplanade! It’s always in pristine condition! Wide open fairways, but somewhat challenging. Friendly staff nice practice area. I love the Tiki bar it’s always one of my favorite places. My husband and I used to be able to play this course with our Paradise card, but I’m not sure what happened? I was happy to find it on Golfnow though.

Boy it was hot! It wasn’t too busy when we took off to play about 11:30 AM with a heat index of about 108°. Great practice facility. Staff was very friendly inside and out. Lots of construction going on in the homes around the course. Fairways were in great shape. Greens were medium too fast with lots of undulation-Making them fairly difficult for me. My husband is a 5 handicap and I am a 20. He felt the slope rating was under rated and should’ve been a little bit higher due to the difficulty on the greens. Overall it was a great course and fun to play. Plenty of water for trouble but a fair course overall. Gps and the carts. Decent pro shop and cart girl available. Would definitely play again.

What a beautiful layout, practice area and clubhouse. LPGA Members were fortunate enough to be able to play this course several times throughout the summer. Missy the Club Pro as well as Marlene in the pro shop were very friendly and accommodating. The course is well laid out and in awesome shape. A nice challenge for a variety of handicaps. Attention to detail and social distance guidelines were in place. Great little snack shack on the turn. If you ever have the opportunity to play this course it’s well worth it! Thank you Tara!

Nice pro shop and friendly staff. Cart staff friendly and helpful. Very nice practice area, driving range, chipping and putting. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in great shape. Fast true greens. Tree lined and somewhat shaded track. Good pace of play, cart gals available. Outside restaurant looked inviting, but we didn’t get a chance to try it out. Nice private course~I would go back to.

The course is in excellent shape, good pace of play. Many challenges along the way, such as blind shots, elevation changes, some water and a few bunkers to keep your attention.

First I would like to say I only gave the course condition 4 stars due to the fact is was somewhat wet, cart path only and many bunkers were full of water. You gotta love Florida in the summertime. Wonderful practice area. An incredibly friendly staff including, Bartender, pro shop, starter, cart staff and cart girl. Challenging track for all handicaps, lots of bunkers. Beautiful layout. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in great shape! Only got 12 holes in and Golf Now did us right with coupons and golf balls. We will definitely be back!

First class golf facility, great practice area, huge pro shop friendly staff. Panther Lake was challenging for any handicap. Beautiful course. Tee boxes, Fairways and greens all in great shape. Got thru the first 9 holes but had to hold up until the rain stopped. Played the back nine cart path only. Great day! Will be back for this course and to try the others!

Very nice golf course. Driving range. Challenging for all handicaps~water involved. beautifully landscaped. Friendly staff, nice pro shop. Nothing bad to say about anything~ it was a great day
