Club at Bond Head - South
Played On 10/10/2019Always Brutally Slow
I have never played this course in less than 5-6+ hours. They have cut down the fescue over the years to try and speed up play but no luck. Play this course a lot and I’ve only ever seen one marshal on the course. Need to enforce pace of play. The most slowest golf course I’ve ever played. Not sure I’m going back.

This course is never marshalled for pace of play. Always slow. They let singles out. Give yourself plenty of time....
Hello. Thank you for reviewing the course. We apologize for the delay of play during your round. This is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. We work hard to accommodate everyone who visits our course and to best control pace allowing everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. We will continue to look for ways to improve, and we are glad to see you rated the course conditions to be great during your game. Thank you for playing Bradford Highlands Golf Club. We hope to see you again soon.
Woodington Lake Golf Club - Legacy Course
Played On 09/10/2019Don’t bother !
Horrible shape course. Hard as a rock. Not watered in weeks. Too many dog legs. Ridiculous greens. Hardly any grass in 70% of the fairways and rough. No sand in any of the bunkers. Bunkers double as cart paths. Complained to the pro and he claimed “its link golf”. This is not links. I played in Scotland. Club should have compensated us with a rain check or something. Never going back!

If you’re looking for great value. Golf course has all the challenges you’re looking for. Good greens, good variety of holes. Lay up to about 200 yrds on #3. Good par threes.
Thanks for taking the time to review your round. We highly recommend to try out our 'play fast' times which are available each morning.
We have Marshall coverage in all peak times - but will review with our operations team as we always strive to improve our pace of play. The difficulty of the course is always a main factor, but ask you reach out at playersclub@clublink.ca in advance of your next round so we can ensure we place you on the tee sheet in the most optimal position.
