Wow! Our first time there and the Gentleman at the counter, who was pulling carts by himself in the dark,
took the time to question an error on our green fee.
He was so nice that he was the bright spot of the day.
He never got anxious about the people lined up and just handled the entire operation by himself. ....a Genuine
Pro! The course obviously needs a lot of work but it
looks like the greenskeepers are trying. Lots of work
being done, i.e. trees trimmed, greens sanded. Probably not the golf shops decision, but they should hire more as there is so much potential there. The company would sell more homes if the course was spectacular....which
it could be. Why keep building when one can't keep up with what you have? This is all said with love. We will
come back. Good Luck with your property. Oh...no coffee until after 9:30????? Please.....we need it that early...lol.....

Forgive me if this is a duplicate review. We have not been here in over 3 years due to Covid. What a difference. Even though the course is "going down for a month"....it looked well taken care of. Clean, manicured...
The beautiful newly decorated bathrooms were a great surprise and actually were stocked with paper and soap!
Most of the greens crew pass on the bathroom upkeep because they are so burdened with the course. Your half way house being open and serving was another treat....most are closed. Thank you....thank you...we will be back!

We had not played here in about 3 years. What a
Surprise! The Course looked so different,,,,so well
maintained, so groomed. Even though it is being
taken down for the season, it was obvious that it
was being well maintained. All the bathrooms have
been re-done and actually had soap and paper towels
stocked. The bathrooms were beautiful. The Pro at the Golf Shop was friendly; as was the gentleman at the
halfway house. Yes!!!! the Halfway House was open!!!
No one does that anymore....The greens rolled true.
Challenging Course...we loved it. We are coming back!

When you are treated like Royalty......you are going to come back. Yes....the Course is one of the Coachella Valley's Best.....no question,,,,,For being the first week open, it was in amazing shape. Greens rolled true....Fairways had a nice base....
Maintenance had raked the traps if one wanted to play out of them.
The Staff was fantastic from the Parking Lot Shuttle to the starter, the marshalls...the golf shop staff and even
the workers in the Gift Shop. All want to please you.....all want you to have a great day.....and they are genuine.....
We loved our day here and will definitely be back soon.
Thank you for hiring quality people who convey the hospitality management wants them to. Thank you for training them so well and for providing rangers out on the course when almost no one else has the budget for it.

The Course was in great shape, especially for the hot months preceding today. The Greens rolled true....
The fairways were beautiful and I had great lies almost
every hole. Grave danger if you hit it off the fairway.......
I guess that makes it more fun.....

Brian in the Golf Shop was very friendly and handled
the stream of players like a pro.....
I love it here and will be back soon. Thank you for the wonderful experience........Better than Disneyland!

I hate to spread the news....but there is an absolutely fantastic Par 3 Golf Course here in the Desert.....and....it's open to the public. Troon runs it and normally it's in impeccable condition. A Par three like none other....with plenty of trouble and water. It 's challenging and fun. Go play and have a ball!

The course was fun....fun holes, good shape...greens roll true....
after that, it's all about experience. Our day was fabulous due to the staff and their friendliness, helpfulness and desire to go the extra limit. You will have a great day here.....I'm coming back! We got greeted by the professional on the course, chatted with the superintendent, and the cart staff was so friendly.....Want to feel like royalty? Go play Gary Player course!
