We were scheduled to tee off at 1:21. The starter informed us that we were moved to 1:30. Then he left his starter position and never came back to tell us to go to the first tee so we went on our own only to find two other guys there who also said they were at 1:30. They told us someone else was going to join them so we went ahead. We never saw anyone else join them so we assume they only did that because my wife was playing with me and they didn't want to play with a female.

If you play from the whites and are a senior, be prepared to lose some balls. The distance necessary to carry several hazards (#7,16 & 18) is a challenge.

Pace of play resulted in almost 5 hour round. Some bunkers with little to no sand in the middle of the bunker. Lots of water to contend with. Don't expect much help with loading and unloading your bags. It's a do it yourself operation.

Was very pleased with the course. Nice variety in holes with elevation changes. Pretty surroundings with beautiful flowers, etc. Only drawback was the slow pace of play leading to a round of over 5 hours. Saw at least 1 five-some which I learned is allowed at some courses out here. Never allowed in the east.

One of the nicer courses we have played in Palm Springs. Challenging but fair. Nice variety of holes with some elevation changes. Some difficult water holes near the end of the front nine and back nine.
