I paid $45 fora 12:30 tee times. For the price it’s excellent. Pro shop guy was friendly. Grass range with balls included in the price. Starter was a little gruff. Tee boxes good. Fairways good. Greens okay. Had some patchy spots and the speed was inconsistent. On a few greens the grass completely changed on half the green causing issues. All in all the greens were playable and not bumpy.

Layout was pretty cool. Get to see some nature. Few hawks and some fish jump.

Maybe this is an outlier but no one was on the course. Played Saturday at noon with a foursome. Flew through the course.

Would go back. Price is too good and what you get is comparable to Misty Creek for half the price.

Really great greens. True and good speed. Decently receptive.

Fairways are good.

Only issue I have with the course is that it’s not scenic and kinda boring. I keep coming back bc the price and how good of shape the greens are.

No cart girl. Halfway house closed when I went. Maybe bc covid.

Course layout is challenging. Not always a driver driver driver type set up. Irons and 3 woods off some tees only to have to poke one out there after the drivers been in the bag. Really challenging.

Two holes bother me a lot. Both par fives which they ran out of room. One is 180 yards straight can’t hit driver. Then it’s 420+ to the green and all water if you try and go in two. The other is extremely tight and long. Then it cuts way right on the second. Really a three shot hole.

For the price can’t beat it. Decent condition and greens good. Tee boxes on a few holes beat up.

Worst place to place in Sarasota. Do not go here. The older staff / owner is a complete jerk. No respect and is rude.

As to the facilities, course is crap. The range is so so but the balls are worn.

The course conditions were excellent. Greens rolled true and a good speed. Fairways and tee boxes in good condition. Grass driving range in good shape too.

Course played fair and no surprises. Fun lay out. Only downside is the course tips out at 6,500 and is a little short for me. Some of the fairways and landing spots are small to compensate. As a result a lot of holes are set up for 3 wood or hybrid because positioning is way more important than distance. I learned that hard way and still pulled out driver just to get in trouble.

Definitely would come back again.

I played for the first time on 2/8/2020 for $50. For the price the course is excellent— way better than the other courses in the price range in the area. Excellent lay out and plays really long. Fairways were in good condition. Greens rolled true, had some undulation, and decently fast. Two greens needed some TLC but they put the pin in a serviceable spot.

For the money this was a great course. Not an extremely difficult layout but was fun and challenging. Greens were in good shape, rolled well, and had moderate speed.

I would recommend and I will return.

Went to play this track with a high school buddy. The course did not tell me the greens were aerated and ruined the round. Bumpy and sandy.

Outside of that the course was in good shape and had a good layout. Once greens grow back it is a good course.

First and foremost the greens were great. Rolled true and speed was consistent throughout.

The fairways were in good condition; however on some fairways there was a few spots marked off because the ground was water logged. This is significant because when I played it had not rained in a few days. I assume the course does not drain well and do not recommend playing the day after a heavy rain.

Course was crowded (tee time was 11:40am), but the starter did a good job regulating pace. Had to wait a few times throughout round but nothing unexpected.

All in all, the course was very good. Again greens were GREAT. Definitely returning.
