The course was in pretty good shape. We only played 9 but really enjoyed the front 9. The greens were not the best but they are working on them which is great news! The only issue was that my Golf Buddy recognized the front 9 as the back 9. so I wasn't sure of the yardage.. Maybe they switched front/back 9's? I will be playing this course again!

From earlier reviews I knew I had to check in at the sales center. No problem-Brian Woodruff was very informative and I was in and out in no time with a lot of info on the course set up. At the starter shack another member met me and went over any concerns I had .This course is a Hybird course so it is a little different than a standard 18 hole but with the course map and the instruction of the starter I was on my way . I had a 12:15 tee time and I was teeing it up right on time . The course is very new and I had the place to myself! I played the first part from the white tees total length 6276 yds .I had not walked a course in a few years so the next part I played from the green tees which are 5616 yds. When I play the course again, which I will, I will start from the green tees. The course is in fantastic shape with great fairways and real nice greens.

Greens in VG shape. Good yardage marking on course. Plays like a Links course. Friendly staff. Restaurant food was reasonable and VG. One of the best courses around the area.

This course is horrible! Putting was like playing "Plinko"...never knew how the ball would jump from one spot to the next. Every shot is played as if hitting from the rough. Good for practice I suppose but couldn't keep score because of the absolutely horrible course condition. Also restrooms were a biological hazard. Save your money---play elsewhere. This place needs serious help. They should be embarrassed....

2nd time playing here (the first time and the last!)...Yardage markings were poor; finding the way from green to tee was horrendous-you have to drive through the neighborhood with no or very small signage; only 1 water barrel in 18 holes that we saw; many many huge retention areas that were not navigable-can't drive cart around them or in them. Course seems built around retention areas. Nobody was playing on the Friday we were there so that was nice and the weather was good. Better than working, I suppose!

Greens and fairways are getting better. Fun to play here! Nice tree-lined narrow fairways!

Greens were in pretty bad shape, perhaps due to the recent cold weather. Normally this course is well maintained. We had free entertainment from a Marion Oaks resident having a very loud spousal dispute! Love the GPS in the carts.
