After all the rain the course was dry in several locations. Golf carts are getting run down. Pace of play should’ve been faster but the marshal didn’t do anything to make the group in front of us speed up until I drove to the green on a par 4 after one guy took forever hitting several shots to the green. Price is probably the best around for a good but tough course.

The course was super wet early in the morning. Some areas soaked. The fairways were lush but long. The greens were responsive but slow. The bunkers were like hitting out of mud. Clumpy sand. Otherwise this is the nicest the course has ever been condition wise!

The greens must have been punched recently so they were rough to putt on. The rough is long In areas and some fairways look like they are trying to reseed. Must be prepping for an event. Overall it in good condition but not what I’m used to playing there.

Played On 10/01/2021Course is a little dry in areas and has funky grass on the tee boxes. Greens are good but beat up by ball marks. Pace was super slow and no marshals came out to help get groups ahead of us get going. The price was good. Could use a cart girl especially on a hot day like today.

This course has a good layout with a lot of up and down holes with lots of sloped shots. You need to be straight to shoot a good score. Missing the fairway often ends up being out of bounds. Play was fairly fast finishing around 4.5 hours. Course could use some love on the fairway and tee boxes but this pandemic has ruined golf course because of closures.

They need to get a range cart with a cage. Second time trying to hit range before a round and wasting money on golf balls because we have to wait 15 minutes for them to pick up balls. The greens need to be rolled. They are getting too soft. The rest of the course is in good shape. foursomes is the way to go. It speeds up the rounds. Played about 4.5 hours compared to 5+ with 5 people.

Course is in good condition but plays slow and has little food services. Had to go into club house and get an expensive but good tasting hot dog.

So I booked at time for 6:30am thinking on a Friday it would be a quick 4 hours or less. Couldn’t be more wrong. Didn’t tee off until 6:45 which is common for SoCal overbooking as usual. Next the group in front of us were messing around the whole time even though they got ahead of my group. I ended up playing with 3 retired older men who were nice but hadn’t played much which threw me for a loop because they took forever to hit each ball and we didn’t catch up to the group in front of us. I think they should do tee times based on handicap or teach golfers better time knowledge or edicate. The course was in good shape but was super wet in spots for some reason. I would love to come back and play either course again because of the price and layout but not if they keep allowing slow players to hold up the whole course.

Played On 08/03/2018Had a tee time at 8:07 but got going early which was great and had a 4 hour round. Was also nice to have the snack shack open early and a cart girl come out by 10-10:30. Only down fall was the price for beer was crazy high.
