We got what we expect from being behind a 5 some all day...oh at 8am too. We saw starters-Marshalls all day-so I guess this was normal for this course. Other than pace of play-not a bad day.

I had the chance to play some courses around town and in Phoenix-and for March this course was BY FAR in the best condition. Fairways perfect, Greens rolled true; and had grass. Bunkers need sand, but that was okay.
Worth the trip to play this gem.

A lot of blind landing areas that could result in rolling into water. Pay attention to how far it is to the creeks.

It was a rainy day and the greens and fairways held up. Soft conditions but very playable. The cart paths where a mess; but I was surprised how good the irrigation system held up.

Nice layout with no trouble. Big greens and nice rolling fairways.
No water coolers on course. Not bad in January but I hope they put out water in June.

Great course, great clubhouse but be prepared to wait if you tee off in the afternoon. This hidden gem is novice friendly and the novice come out after 12pm.
Get off early and you will not be disappointed.
