Played On 11/02/2022Course was fine but we didn’t know it was cart path only ( due to overseeding) until we had already booked, checked in, paid a significant amount, and we’re at the starter when we were advised of CPO.
It would seem for the price paid we could have been advised on check in so we could have had the option to play the other course or say no thanks.

Course condition was disappointing. Too many bare spots an the fairways. Greens ok but some issues. Seem it much better in past trips.
