All fairways in poor condition. Some had just been air rated. Ones that had not been air rated were in poor condition. Course yardage markers were hard to find if they existed. Tee off times were not controlled. I was playing by myself and sent off right behind a foursome that had hit there drive. A twosome was waiting on tee box when I hit my drive. This took place during off season and course was not that busy.
Some tee boxes in poor condition. Most greens ok but some in poor condition
Would not play course again for any amount of money
