Quailvalley is closed and Sienna is busy!!!
Course is good shape except for the greens are rough and patchy.
Unlike most courses that are opened, Sienna allows two riders that are not family in the same cart. Please confirm if this is the case before getting tee time.

Short review
Course made safe as possible. No sharing cart!!!
All carts clean after each round. No contact with staff.
Cups reduce to about 1-1/2 “ in depth. No water on course, so bring your own drink and food. Be nice to the cart girls
Now the course, great shape and will get better!

First,Love the layout and enjoy just coming out to play.
Condition not great now but very playable. Greens not in good shape- spotty and areas without grass and bumpy. Should be better about a month. Sand traps good but no rakes ???? Fairways are good.
It a good course, just give it a little time.

Course ok for winter conditions and after heavy rain.
Still sand traps need work but better then last year.
For the deals available on GN for Southwyck, others courses are better for similar pricing. No great deals anymore at Southwyck’-first time to play since they raise their green fee.
More likely will not return until I hear conditions improve or pricing drop.

Always enjoy playing this course. Extremely friendly and good burger. Great course and only one hour from house near Meyerland. Easy drive going and return in the evening.
This is unusable, they allow my small pet to ride alone. Pet stayed in the cart and made no noise.
Don’t brink pet if you don’t keep on leash!!!!
Course good condition for bring winter.
Used Golf Now rewards which made playing very affordable.

Drove from Houston in 1hr 15 min. Easy drive.
It’s above average for a municipal course with great greens and areas around the green. Bunkers are good and very playable-will kept.
Fairways are ok and playable. Grass varies from Bermuda to Saint Augustine mix together.
Green fee reasonable between $10-$25.

Good course but conditions were not as good as last week. Lots of wet areas for being off path. Greens were very good but could be faster. Sand traps still haven’t been repaired, rake and place.
Three some finish in 3.5 hrs.
Winter is coming and course will play much longer- choose tees wisely.

Great day of golf. Play in the afternoon and few golfers on course. Green were very good but could be little faster-smooth putting. Fairway best ever. Only the sand traps need repair after last weeks heavy rain.
Course plays long after last week’s rain-off path!

Knowing the course conditions, it was far off list of courses wanting to play. Receive some encouraging news from the course that greens were better. Waited a couple of weeks and decide to try. Here we go!
Tee boxes need work. Teeing area not consistent, to much grass and hard. Difficult to place tee.
Fairways are good but little long.
Sand traps were ok with some not playable.
Now the greens. Most of the greens were “OK” but difficult to read. Slow and bumpy. Sign indicated 9.5????? Not sure. Greens were what I expected and not much more. I would give the greens more time before returning.

Slow today with many four and fivesomes. I’m a senior and most groups were seniors. It is a retirement community, so expect some slower play.
Usually I can play course as a single in 3 hours.
Courses in great shape except the sand traps-rain washout. Greens are great .

Always enjoy playing this course. Got there little early and was about to tee before schedule time-not busy at all. Finish us 3::45 min. Great just a few singles we let go by.
Now for the course. Greens are GREAT, almost perfect.
Not extremely fast but more then enough.
Traps are in good condition thru out. Tee boxes need to be maintained. -grass to long. Poor fairways need rain.
Some green areas but landing areas are brown, thin grass with dirt exposed. Play bump in the fairway would be fair. Will play again soon.
Last thing, food was good and friendly waitress..

Fun course to play but course could be great if conditions were better! Tee boxes are inconsistent with long and short grass. Fairways are good-recent rain has help.
Sand traps are horrible-just not well keep. Condition may be rain related with weeds and lack of sand?? Greens are coming back and are nice. Punched and lightly sanded. That’s ok, has to be done. Still can putt. Give it another week.

Great layout and very challenging. Greens just punch and sanded but puttable somewhat. Should be good in couple of weeks. Fairways are hard with some cracks throughout . Sand traps are hard with little sand, mostly clay. Need rain!!!!

Sand traps need much attention- this has always been an issue at Southwyck. All in all pace was good-under 4:hrs.
Practice green chipping are are back.
Wish they had a better food menu.

Fast and true greens.

Greens are back-no bear spots.

Only issue are sand trays need work. Hard packed
and need sand, not clay/sand.

Over a month since last played and surprisingly please with progress of the greens-they are now playable. Big improvement from dirt/sand to grass. Still bear areas mostly around the edges but grass to putt on.
After the heavy rain sand trap need major repair!! Play as ground under repair. Fairways and tee boxes are in good shape. We play 90 degree today and that was great- no water in the fairways.
Price on GN was right and enjoy a good day of practice.

Everything very good except for the bugs all over your face.

Course in great condition. Green fast and true. Fairways perfect-wish everybody would repair their divots.
Only issue was some traps needing repair.
Yes typical windy conditions.
Play the correct tees for a better experience!!!
