The only reason I've marked this course lower is that we played it in October, just after they had dried the course out for over-seeding. Combine rock-hard greens and failure to change the pin placement, made this a bit silly. That is true even for my husband who has a 3 handicap. With that said, the course has great potential once the new grass comes in and we'll play again. Of note, the "club house" looks like a cross between an inner city high school or a jail. To say lack of ambience would be a gross understatement.
