This is a gem.of a.coirse. Although a bit short.- 5700 from the blues- it is a.good challenge of golf. And the views of the Pacific from the back 9 are fantastic. Its bot Pebble Beach, but at 10% the cost, it's truly a great golf bargain.

This is a short course that winds through a housing development, but I never felt that the course was too narrow. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes were in great shape. Several short par 4s, but bunkers and trees were strategically located so as to make going for the green a true risk/reward decision.

This is a.courae that replicates some famous holes around the world, such as #11, #12 and #13 at Augusta. So it's fun to play the holes.you see on TV, albeit much shorter. Course is in great condition, and we didn't find a bad.spot anywhere..

I very much enjoyed my round at this course. The layout had both easy and challenging holes. The greens and fairways were in good condition. And the pace was fantastic - finished my round in 3 hours.

I really love playing PB Dye. The course is very well laid out, with a challenge on almost every hole. The greens can be tricky to read, and you have to focus more on speed than line on your putts. Winter greens are often a bit bumpy as these greens were on February 25, but you expect that for winter golf. The fairways are generously wide but very sloping; you have to think which side of the fairway to hit into to make sure you get a good roll towards the green. One word of caution: It is very easy to hit into the group ahead of you because most fairways have a hill that your drive can carry. It's wise to drive ahead to make sure the fairway is clear before hitting your drive.

This was my first time playing Bull Run. I found the course to be laid out well, with a good mix of challenging and easy holes. Even thought I played on January 1, the course was in good shape for winter play. My only complaint was slow play by one foursome that pushed the end of my round into twilight.

This was one of my favorite courses before it closed. I played it Sept 27, and I'm putting it back on my list of favorites. Fairways were great as were most greens. Bunkers need work, which the management recognizes by making them ground under repair. Some places in the rough need to grow out more, and I expect that to happen in the spring. Will definitely play this course again.

Old South is my favorite course in the Hilton Head area. I've played the course twice in the week I'm at Hilton Head, which has been since 2004. Every time the course is in great shape. Greens roll true. Fairways are lush. The layout is fair but challenging. I've never had a problem and have always enjoyed my visit to this course.

This is my first time playing this course. I really like the layout. Even though it was built inside a subdivision, you really didn't notice the houses. The fairways realize. The greens were much better than I had heard from reading the reviews. I definitely would play this course again.

I played the course on a GolfNow hot deal which was great. The course was in very good condition considering the time of year. Fairways were lush.
Greens had a few burned out spots, but nothing that interfered with play. Some tee.boxes had crab grass, but nothing that affected teeing up a ball and hitting it. I definitely would play this course again.

I really like this course. Even though it is set up inside a housing development, you really don't notice the houses on many holes. The lay out is challenging yet fair, with a good number of tee boxes to select to match your game. The greens were in good condition, even for the end of summer.

I really like this course. There are two 18 courses. I've played both and enjoyed my time on both. Some fairways are narrow with deep rough, so keeping your ball in play is important.

Be expected for quick play because most golfers here move along at a quick pace. I've played 3 times so far this year, and averaged well under 4 hours for each round.

This course needs some time for the fairways to grow out. Several bare spots, and clumps of grass. Greens in great shape, though. Layout is fair. But great value if you play on a Hot Deal.

I've played this course about 4 times a year over the last two years, and have always enjoyed the round. The course was in good condition given the rainy spring weather. The course is longer at the white tees (6600 yd) than most courses, so expect to rely on your short game to get close for one putt pars. The course can be wet, with accumulated water in the rough. Expect cart path only if it has rained in the last 48 hours.

I really enjoy playing this course. It provides various tee boxes to select according to your ability. All holes are fair, and you can shoot around par if you keep your ball in play. There are some forced carries, but all are manageable if you play the correct tee box for your ability.

I really like this course - challenging enough without and fair. Fairways were lush and greens just fast enough. I play it about 5 times yearly, and always have had a good experience.

I haven't played a worse maintained course in all my years of golf. I played this course in 2008 and it was great. Yesterday was much different with unmoved tee boxes and fairways, with grass deeper than roughs at other coirses. I lost 4 balls in the fairways. Parts of greens were burned out and other parts were infested with fire ants. The greens fees were low but not enough to entice me to return until the course improves it's maintenance.

This is a very traditional course, with just enough trees to require accurate shots. Course was in good condition despite heavy rains 24 hours before. Of you keep your ball in play, you will have a good round.
