Played Sundance for the first time today. This is definitely a course that would be easier to play a second or a third time as you realize after the fact that you don't need driver on a lot of the holes. The course has a target golf kind of feel. Condition was ok of July in Arizona. Tee boxes a bit beat up and browned out areas on the fairway. Greens were a bot bumpy but ok. Pace of play was a little slow at a bout 4.5 hours but it was a Sunday morning. I would play it again because the price is right and I think it is sporty once you play it more than once.
