The Good:
- Staff and workers all friendly and respectful
- Pace of play was great; other groups allowing faster to play through
- Green conditions
- Variety of holes and different shots required

The Improving:
- Tees are all being aerated
- Sand is packed with sitting water in a few
- Several fairways are spotty
- Lots of clover & flowers in the rough

It was a nice warm spring day for golf. First part of the course I must mention are the greens - they are in great condition, medium speed after a little rain the day before. With the rough spring weather, some areas of the course are struggling with standing water. However, they are doing a great job keeping up the conditions they have control over! The layout was average - many holes have water but lacking a little diversity in the style of golf holes. Electric cart was smooth. Water tanks were filled around the course. A great day for golf. The front 9 played a little slow - the pace was better on the back 9. The course shape (fairways/rough) was okay given the conditions we have had this spring, but there is definitely some work to do to get into top form. The greens were overall good with some spots here and there. A nice variety of holes, hills, and hazards.

The staff was great - kind and helpful! I enjoyed the course layout - it forces golferse to think about different length and types of golf shots.
On the other hand, the condition of the course was quite poor. Staff and maintenance have their work cut out for them. Washed out area due to the rain. Fairways are struggling. Bunkers are rock solid. Greens are okay. It was difficult to enjoy the different style of holes due to the conditions of the course.
