Excellent course!! The only problem was a lot of rain!! The bunkers were taking a beating, because of all the runoff. I wish this course was closer to home!!!!

Brevard County needs to turn this area of land into condo's. It was in terrible condition. The entire course is dried out and weeds, or just bare soil. The greens are extremely small and most of the fairways are narrow. They don't allow any food or drink on the course, which is OK if they have a Cart Girl; they do not!!! This course makes Sherwood look good!! We will never play there again.

We played this course a month ago, course was really good, Turtle Creek is not watering and it hasn't rained in awhile, so the course is all dried out.

I've played a lot of golf courses and never have I seen a course as dried out as this one. They have a lot of nerve charging you to play here. There was an alert for aeration, but nothing mentioned the course would look like a dried up hay field.

My wife and I thought the staff (Pro Shop and Starter) both woke-up on the wrong side of the bed. The course had weeds and St. Augustine grass growing all over the place. The bunkers were full of rocks and dirt. They were so hard your club would bounce off the surface. They would not allow personal coolers, on the course, but did not have a Cart-person. The water in their coolers was not drinkable. No restrooms on the back nine, so take a break at the turn.

THIS COURSE DOES NOT DESERVE A 4 STAR RATING!! IT LOOKS LIKE A FARMER TURNED HIS CORN FIELD INTO A GOLF COURSE. IF YOUR BALL LANDS OUTSIDE THE FAIRWAY, ITS PASTURE GRASS AND WEEDS. THE GREENS ARE SMALL AND THE GRASS MUST ONLY BE CUT ONCE A WEEK, BECAUSE IT WAS LONG, EVEN AROUND THE PUTTING SURFACE. THE PICTURE ON THEIR WEBSITE, MUST HAVE BEEN TAKEN DURING THE RAINY SEASON, BECAUSE IT WAS VERY DRIED OUT. PLAY THE CUMBERLAND COURSE, ITS WORTH THE MONEY.

Very nice course, well maintained!!! The only negative, you could not use woods on the driving range.

The Florida heat kept most golfers at home, I guess, because it was wide open. Nobody in front or behind us all day. The course is being maintained better!!!

It appears the course has a problem maintaining the grass, The grass on the greens was cut, but the . fairways were not. The fairways are lined with Pine trees, the fairways should have first cut grass, between the trees. Instead they only mowed a thin sliver of fairway, maybe 10 to 15 yards wide and in small patches. The rest was about 6 to 8 inch thick Bermuda type grass, that was very difficult to play out of. I will not plat this course again, total waste of time and money. Pay the few dollars more and play Duran or Viera East.

The course is worth the $10 fee from Golfnow. It's a normal length course, not a par 3. The fairways and greens are narrow/small.
