Course was packed and tees moved way up by most forward tees. Awful pace of play. Quit after nine. Conditions for January were fine

Course winds through lowland forest. Some forced carries. Not too long or hard but a fun place to play. Some scenic views of the bay.

Front side is crammed between houses and nothing special. Back nice is much nicer winding through woods with no houses. Greens were great and VERY fast!

Broad Run is fun to play although a little guirky in spots. Reasonable conditions and pace of play

I played on a nice February day a few days after a torrential rain. Course was wet and in winter Bermuda mode. That being said the fairways and rough weren’t too,bad. Greens were in great shape and very fast. Pace of play was slow - about 5 hours.

Course was in great shape and is a very nice layout with plenty of challenging holes along with some Quirky ones (9 and 11). Big problem with pace of play as they let a fifth player out (without clubs) We reported slow [pace to pro shop after 5 holes. They went out but the"fifth" denied playing although he continued to swing on every hole. Result was a way to slow round on a beautiful Tuesday.

Spring Hollow is a decent public track if you want to get in an easy, cheap round. Very hilly so you get a lot of funky lies. A little gimmicky but a fun course to play.

This course is reasonably conditioned and reasonably priced. Greens are not particularly fast. The main challenge posed by the course is avoiding water off the tee. If you can do that you can score well. Wide open and always windy.
