Overall, the condition of the course was good and the greens were in nice shape - very fast, rolled true. Fairways are wide enough, not too much trouble. Course played slow but rest of the group who previously played here said it played at a reasonable pace during other rounds so I think it was just a slow day.

Course was in nice shape. Greens were consistent and rolled true. Some signs of wear and tear, but nothing that was problematic. Overall the course was in good shape and offers a somewhat challenging design. I'll play it again.

This was a great golf course that I will play again. The conditions all around were some of the best I've seen. Greens were fast - rolled very true.
Only issue was that three of the greens had too much slope - but other than that it was among the best course conditions I've been on in a while.

Crystal was in great shape except for two issues: The sand Traps were horrible. Little sand, and they don't look like they've been maintained. They need to use the little riding machines to grrom them and add sand. Very poor. Second issue was that on about 4 or 5 holes, the pin location did not match the pin placement chart. But the rest of the course was in great shape. Very challenging design on each hole.

This course has a great design, links style that is in great shape. Tees/Fairways/Greens were in excellent condition.

It was the first time on the course. Excellent condition of fairways, greens, tees, rough. No driving range. But the course was way too hilly for my liking.

The course overall was in very good condition especially given that we haven't had much rain this year. I would have rated excellent but the mounds and undulations of the red course greens made many putts just impossible - well beyond reasonable slope on the greens. It was a little buggy with gnats. Other than that, the course was in very good shape. I'd still recommend it.

Overall, the greens were excellent - fast and true rolling. Fairways and tees were also in excellent shape. The traps however were not. The sand was ok, but they were not raked well and had evidence or rain runoff in them.

normally a nice course, we showed up and was told that we had to play the back nine twice. very disappointed we didn't know this ahead of time. Nothing was on the website. The back nine was in good shape.

Overall, the course was in good shape. Fairways, Greens were great. Some areas had the rough too high around the greens. But for the price, it's a good value.

The course was in excellent shape. Best greens I've seen this year. Course was manicured perfectly. The course has many uniquely designed holes. Great experience.

This is an Excellent course. Challenging links style in outstanding condition. Greens were fast and in great shape. Every aspect of the course was in great shape. Many off holes were challenging. Fescue was tough. Need to drive relatively straight to score.

The layout is great, good pricing through Golfnow, but the greens have significant issues....many burnt out, fungus or some kind of problem. If the greens were anything like the other great courses in Mountain Creek (Crystal Springs, Wild Turkey, Cascades, Great Gorge...)...it would be a very good course to play. We had the same issue last year with the greens and were hoping it was fixed this year, but it wasn't.

Course was in very nice shape given the greens were aerated a month ago. Fairwarys, bunkers, tees are well maintained...very good shape. Overall the course is worth a try....only real issue was that it took 5 hours to play.

Very hilly. Holes too close together and some places dangerous with range 18th hole is too close to ranges. Other holes have too many players from other fairways.

Course layout was very nice with many views of the harbor. Several holes were tight but most were decent width. Greens were very good. Winter brown fairways were just 'okay'....would have been better if over seeded.
