I loved this course. I am not usually a fan of housing-complex courses, but this had wide fairways, so the surrounding homes were not much of a factor. Shot placement for the hazards was a challenge, but not an impossible one for an intermediate golfer such as myself. I got my tee time on a "hot deal" so I gave this a high value rating. Course conditions were excellent, pace of play was great (just under 4 hours), and the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

The course was in great shape. Narrow fairways and undulatng greens make the course a challenge. Lots of sand and waste areas, too. No ranger on the course allowed the groups to get bottled up on the later holes, about 5 hours to play.

A very well-maintained course, a beauty hidden in the sticks. Pace of play was excellent. The amenities were minimal but adequate. My only complaint is that the layout was confusing and hole "maps" we're not always helpful. I played by myself, fairly early on a weekday, so I had no one to follow. I literally got lost twice, and at one point actually hit in the wrong direction because I didn't know where the hole was . Still, I enjoyed the round and plan to return next time I am in the area.

The greens were a bit damaged, probably some winter kill that hadn't healed yet. They were, however, fast and pretty true despite the damage. Fairways were in good shape. The front nine was kind of blah, okay but not particularly memorable. The back had a lot more character, Overall, it was an enjoyable round, and course conditions should improve as we get later in the year. Played in about 3 1/2 hours.

A real exercise in target golf. Did not play terribly long, but shot placement is critical. Also, if water intimidates you, this will play tough. It rained hard a couple days before I played, and there was a lot of casual water, too, due to poor drainage. The regular water was hard enough!

Great, friendly staff. Difficult but not impossible course for this average player (15 handicap). Play was a little slow, could have used a marshal to prod the group ahead.
