Home Owners Ought to be Concerned

Layout and views are incredible, but the condition of the course leads me to believe there are serious financial issues. If I owned one of those beautiful homes on the course I would be very worried. Maintenance is minimal at best.

Please Help This Fine Course

It's been mentioned in previous comments, but the course is in dire need of an investor to make it great again. One of my favorites in AZ for years, but it's sadly been neglected for too long.

The staff is trying, but you can't do much when the course is this far gone.

The Best Feature is the Worst Feature

The best feature about this course is the low green fees, which is also the worst since it means many golfers and slow play. The course is very interesting and challenging. I learn something new every time I play it. They do appear to waste a lot of water since there are large puddles in low areas in mid-afternoon. Not acceptable when water is so scarce. I highly recommend playing here.
