Nice good course. True/ fast greens with the good conditions from tee to green. If your not a member here you are treated below them, which was a problem for me. The pace of play was terrible for how strict they want to be about it. They want you to play in 4:15 min your rnd will be more like 5hrs. It’s. Quality course for the price but not worth the time it takes to play.

This course use to be fun and challenging. The staffs not vary friendly, the range has a ball machine that wouldn’t accept my code by the time I was done messing around with it and walked back to the clubhouse for a refund. The allotted time for range had exceeded, the clubhouse staff informed me I couldn’t get a refund but gave me a code that doesn’t expire for a year for a bucket of balls. I will probably never use this code for I probably will not return to this course due to the unprofessionalism from the clubhouse to the starter, the starter didn’t understand or know how to do their job. They were letting golfers just go off when the wanted to pair up or not pair up, was allowing the golfers to do what ever they wanted to, tee times didn’t matter. After we got the round started we were on 9 tee box when I golfed drove up from the club house and waited for us to tee off (thinking it was the ranger/started) no it was juts a golfer that didn’t wanna wait their turn on one so the drove out to nine waited for us to to tee off as we were approaching our drives for our second shots we here a ping and look back this golfer had teed a ball up and started playing/hitting into us. It was a joke and Circus for a course with the rudeness of the staff the unprofessionalism of the course staff with the options you have around this course it will be worth the extra 5 mins and the xtra 10$ it cost to play a well mannered and good staff course around the area. It’s safe to say I will not recommend this course to anyone or be coming back.

Ironwood is a sold course that allows you to use your whole bag. There’s some some fun holes out there short and long par 3 risk reward holes all through. Not a bad option.

Quality course for Gainesville, has more character than an average Florida course. Staff, Club Pro, groundskeeper we’re friendly. Putting and chipping green we’re in decent shape, the driving range how ever on the other hand could use some work, you are just beating balls into a pasture, if you hit you long irons to your driver you can’t see it land do to close range woods. Sad to say about this lil course but with the options of surrounding cities with course in better shape from clubhouse to hole for the same price. I will not be returning or recommending to a friend, even after shooting a good round. Just to over priced!

Over all lay out of the course was grate challenge for Am Golfers. A bit confusing going hole to hole if you have never played here before. Seen the bevarage cart once on hole 2. The greens are inconsistent with maintenance, pace of play could improve. If your looking for a 3 hr round this is not the course.

Grate course good layout good challenge for all skill levels. Fairways are green plush, rough is nice and fluffy not to long not impossible to get out of. Greens are green all of them they just punched the greens a few days before I played. Greens are fast gotta know your speed around these green I gave them 4 out of 5 starts on course conditions due to they punched the greens. When the greens are in the right shape I'll probably rate this course as one of the best courses in North East Florida.

I'm disappointed in the reviews I read about this course. 75-80% were wrong. First and foremost unless you know we're this course is good luck finding it the directions you get are wrong. The course needs to updated the phone numbers. The overall course was in grate shape so I'm no going to complain to much the fairways were plush, the greens were green all of them. The greens were forgiving and SLOW you have to be aggressive on your putts. The yardage is off on about 4 holes, the pace of play was terrible on a day the staff notified me, At the turn that it was a slow day. The staff is a lil friendly and the club house is nice the layout of the course is definitely the main attractions.

This course is a grate course to play if you want the tour experience for a poor mans budget. This is the course for you. The greens are fast on your chip shots and approach shots, the greens put nicely with a good feel. The water they have there is really up to what kind of hitter you are, it really give the option to take more risk and go for it. It does allow you to be conservative and just play away from the water and still play safe. Overall a grate course and good competition for your game.

Nice course, not challenging. For all levels of golfers, for the price there's no reason not to go time and time again.
