After the rainstorm

Played in the afternoon shotgun. Half an hour late starting because of rain the previous evening. There was still some casual water from rainstorm. Other than that course was well kept.Speed of greens was excellent. Played in 4 hours 12 minutes, so there e was no problem completing round. Overall enjoyable round. Long travels between some holes bye adequately signed.

La quinta

Nice old style course. Small greens, good condition, subtle reads. Bring camera. Bring wallet if drinking in clubhouse

course rewards good shots

Early tee time allowed a round in under 4 hours. From the teal tees, the course is not overly tough, but does punish errant shots. speed of greens was OK, and general course condition was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall good value for price

Good bargain overall

Course in great shape. Good service. Only drawback is clubhouse closed so no onsite place for food/drinks following round.

best course I've played in the Valley

Extremely challenging. Not a course for beginners.huge numbers of huge sandtraps, but sand was consistent and rewarded proper execution. Greens were great and speed was right for public play. Expensive track but worth a one time pay for sure. The Bighorn sheep visit on the 16th tee box was a bonus.
