Executive course?

Basically a glorified Par 3 course. I honestly don't think I'd ever go back unless there was a special for like $5 for 9 holes/$10 for 18. At the end of the day it's not as bad as Laurel View in Hamden, CT (the gold standard for worst Golf course I've ever played). I still wouldn't bother when there's so many more options available nearby for usually around the same price.

The back 9 is glorious!

The back 9 really makes this course what it is. Complete with a rollercoaster-like cart path bridge, lush greens, beautiful fairways, an island green surrounded by water, completely quiet and woodsy. Here's why I didn't give it more stars; the front 9. It needs a lot of work. Even the greens were a little off. Tbh I was extremely disappointed after the front 9 but the back 9 more than made up for it. It is one of the most beautiful back 9's in the state if not the most

Basically a Par 3 course with poorly maintained Greens

Aside from 3 Par 4 holes which are a little over 200yds this is basically a Par 3 course with many holes under 100yds. Although the greens keepers do a great job of providing a Zen Garden-like feel to the course which is very peaceful and easy on the eyes; they struggle with how to maintain greens and keep tee boxes flat. Got a deal on Golf now for $20 for 18 which is about where I'd place the value for this course. I would say it's a great place to work on your short game but the balls did not roll true at all on the greens. However you'll get a ton of chipping and pitching work. Cheers

One of the best in the area if not state

The only knock I can really give this course is that it is not 18 holes. If it was; it would be perfect. The views are gorgeous over looking mountain range in central CT. The course itself is very well maintained with perfect greens and nearly perfect tee boxes. Many of the fairways are nice and broad. The course is relatively flat with the exception of about 4 holes. 2 of which have a downgrade and 2 of which have an upgrade. The fairways are lush and in great condition. The carts were well maintained. I really can't find much wrong about this course and I will keep playing as often as I can

Worst course I've ever played

I have no clue how this course has 3 stars. There must be some funny business going on. This is a 2 star course at best. It is in some real need of help. I would never play this course again unless the fees are like $20 w cart. The greens are horribly maintained and the fairways are even worse. It probably hasn't been treated for bugs in who knows how long and they are over running the course. The layout is confusing. It is woodsy which I like and at one hole a Deer was watching me tee-off which was really cool but aside from that I have nothing positive to say. The carts are the worst I've ever driven as well. I have no idea how they could call themselves a "country club" when they have 0 club amenities. I've public/municipal courses better maintained than this. They either need to get new management or just close down for business. I've seen the responses on here that they are allegedly "working on the course" but I saw very little grounds keeping staff. Please save your money if the fee is over $20

Go some where else

These are the poorest kept greens I've ever played in my life. The course is nice and woodsy. Some of the holes par ratings make no sense. The cart was terrible. Honestly I don't think I would ever Golf here again unless they make some major changes. It's honestly not worth $30 for 18 holes with a cart with so much competition in the area.

Great course

Great course and unbeatable price through the golfnow app ($33) The greens were in excellent condition. Certain areas are under construction which was a little annoying but overall it's a great course. I would not only play here again but would make it my "home course" if I lived closer by
