No range balls because they didn't want to fish then out of the lake. Told this by inside staff and the nice guys at the cart barn, who were able to get me a few range balls to hit. Practice facilities in bad shape. Bunkers haven't been touched in weeks. Tee boxes were in rough shape. Bathrooms had pooped everywhere literally. See pic below

I would like some money back or a credit on another round. I play too.much for this to happen.

We had 8:20am tee time. Could not check in and get cart till 15 min before tee time. Had to get range balls and walk over to the range to then walk back to the clubhouse to check and get a cart. Lady behind counter says 15 min is to not bunch up the range and course. 2 groups on tee box and 3 people on the range at 7:45am. So busy. Best part we noticed when we were on hole 12 that a group of 8 people were teeing off on 10. That's a great way to pass off everyone. Thank God we got out before that stupidity. Will never return even though I shot 76 and had a great round. My friends who was their 1st time were confused and disappointed.

The course was in rough condition. Bunkers were harder than driving mats. If you missed the fairway slightly you will be hitting off dirt with grass patches sprinkled throughout. The maintenance team really needs to have better management to get the course in shape. Won't play here again.

So the only nice part of our round was the nice gentleman behind the counter. Once we checked in we proceeded to the starter to check us in. My partner arrived first so he got us paid and got us a golf cart. The starter tried to get me to put my bags on another cart. I explained to him that I was playing with John. He gave me an attitude and told me to move my cart that was blocking the pathway. The cart guy brought the cart and placed it there so we could load our bags. I was loading my bag onto the cart as he began to be rude and yell at me to move the cart. No one was even trying to get by. Most of the greens had serious issues. It was putting on a mat with bumps and ramps. Your putt would be rolling and then magically getting launched into the air or make a drastic change in course. Bunkers were not raked and tee boxes needed much love and care. I heard great things about this course so I decided to go play since I am new to St. Petersburg. The course is very open and a lot of balls come flying from some crazy directions due to how close many holes are to one another. DO NOT PLAY HERE.
