It’s bad right now but will get better

A couple of the greens have a few bad spots
But overall it’s in good shape
I love the short course in this heat and the fact they all the carts in the park 4&5’s

Fairways need some more work
Pace of play was horrible, after 2.5 hours we made it to the 10 tee
I quit and left
I think they overbooked, every tee we were waiting on 2 separate groups to tee off!
