Awesome staff very friendly but the course needs a lot of help. Most of the tee boxes were just sand, no grass. ... and they need a Ranger to help with the pace of play. As a single, the walking threesome in front of me would not let me go ahead of them which is just bad golf etiquette! It would be a cute little executive course but they just need to fix it up a bit.

This course doesn't come up very much on golfnow and when it does I jump on it! It truly is a hideaway.
I had to call the course when I got stuck in major traffic from the veterans Day parade. They told me to be careful get there safe and they would still accommodate me... And they did. I missed a few holes, but played with the group that I was supposed to play with and they let me go out and finish my last four holes by myself! I would recommend this course to anyone. And when I was finished and went in for lunch it was delicious too. Service was a little slow after an outing and the girls don't know much about mixology but they did their best. I will certainly be back to golf there again!!

Played Prince to Queen. Queen side looked really great after all the work they've done back there! And afterwards the food is always excellent!

Excellent staff! But unfortunately in Florida when you live here and you go out to golf after season is over it's not always so great. The front nine wasn't bad but back nine was terrible. They had already aerated the greens and everything was nothing but sand. No one can read puts in the sand... Totally throws off your game after you had a good front nine. And I've never seen so many par threes in my life. If you're not a great golfer and want some practice this is a good place for you. No more executive courses for me.

This was my first time playing The Hideaway. I've lived here for 5 years and didn't even know it was there... a hidden gem. Good pace of play around the front but a little slow around the back nine, but that can happen anywhere. I couldn't give it an excellent for the amenities because I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but I will try it the next time I play there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the decor was very nice in and around the clubhouse.

First, let me say that the staff was excellent and the carts were the most comfortable I've ever ridden in! But unfortunately, not a reason to go back. I did not know this was an "executive" course until I got there. (Kind of like a par 3 on steroids) Tons of water and houses packed around every hole! If you don't hit your ball straight every single time, you are either giving your brand new balls to the turtles and fish or you're waiting for the crash of a window. There is also no 'turn', it is straight 18, you do not end up back at the clubhouse after 9 holes, so go prepared with water, food, etc. Quite frankly good golf balls are too expensive to give them all to one day of play. But if you like a true challenge, this course is for you.
