Winter Pines Golf Club
Played On 01/15/2023In pretty good shape
Now that the city purchased the course it is in much better shape and it’s fun to play. Unfortunately WP9 had taken a drop in condition and service since the purchase, but it’s to be expected.
Winter Park Golf Course
Played On 12/30/2022There is a reason that this is the highest rated course in Central Florida
WP9 is everything that golf should be. Fun, challenging, beautiful, and fair. It truly is like a walk in the park
Casselberry Golf Club
Played On 03/08/2021Best condition this course has ever been in
I grew up in Casselberry playing this course regularly. Historically this course was pretty rough. Gigantic dead spots on the green and muddy and/or rock hard fairways.
Right now this course is in some of the best condition out of all the courses in the area. While every other course is rock hard because of no rain, Casselberry is lush right now. Greens are in great shape (besides some ball marks) and they’re medium speed.
I don’t know if it will always be in this good of shape, but I’d definitely recommend playing it right now.
Deltona Club
Played On 02/08/2021Greens were horrendous
They had just sanded the greens and no one told us. $50 for unputtable greens. They’re taking zero safety precautions inside the clubhouse or on the course. No one wearing masks or wiping things down. Carts are ripped up and in terrible shape.

Played On 05/08/2021Great course layout and fast greens, but no one has fixed a ball mark in a year
I felt like I was putting on the crater of the moon with all the ball marks and no one rakes bunkers.
The greens were fast and the course was in ok condition — but the people who play there obviously don’t care about the course.
Deltona Club
Played On 04/12/2021Greens are slow and bumpy
The last time we played they sanded the greens without telling us and now the greens are in pretty bad condition. If you’re looking for a hilly course in north of Orlando there aren’t many options so this course is nice... I just wish they could get everything in better condition.
Crooked Cat at Orange County National
Played On 04/13/2021Greens and Greenside rough is pretty.... rough
There’s some type of disease going through the greens and they’re in not great shape right now. Patchy and slow. Also — there’s a combination of mud and compacted soil in the rough just off the greens.
I don’t think this is normal for Orange County National — so I’d just recommend calling first to see if they’ve remedied these issues.
Thank you for taking the time to review Orange County National! We hope to see you again soon so we can earn the chance to get 5 stars!
Timacuan Golf Club
Played On 01/11/2021Greens in bad shape
It looks like no one has repaired a ball mark in weeks. Course is in below average shape for the price. Pace of play was fine because no one is playing.

Mission Inn Resort & Club - El Campeon Course
Played On 11/18/2020Challenging and beautiful elevation
This course was great. The elevation changes are incredible and it was fun to play. If I had to pick between this course and Los Colinas I’d pick Los Colinas, but you’ll be happy playing either
Mayfair Country Club
Played On 11/13/2020All of the bad reviews are correct :(
Unfortunately, all of the bad reviews about fivesomes and bad management is correct. This is a historic course with a decent layout, but the terrible management and other players are horrendous and make this one of the, if not the, worst courses in central Florida.
The course is in fair condition at best. The greens roll ok, but there areb be unrepaired divot craters and dragged cleat marks all over them. There is standing water throughout the course and the fairways are pure mud on 60% of the holes.
This is sad because I grew up playing this course and have fond memories of it from 15+ years ago.
At this point, I can’t think of a reason to play this course compared to all of the better options available in Seminole county and centra Florida.
Casselberry Golf Club
Played On 11/12/2020Challenging and Fun but never in great condition
This is the course I grew up next to and playing on so it feels like home.
The front 9 is very challenging with water coming into play on 7 of 9 holes and 3 peninsula greens. The back 9 is very easy and fun with water only coming into play on about 1 or 2 holes.
The course is scenic with nice views. And the driving range is fully lit up until 10 pm.
The course is never in great shape. The greens are slow and usually a little uncut.
Winter Park Golf Course
Played On 11/11/2020Believe the hype!!
You might be thinking that it’s crazy that a little 9 hole municipal course is one of the highest rated courses in Central Florida, but there’s a reason why.
This course is in perfect condition, the greens are perfect and true, and you can walk the whole thing in about 1 1/2 hours. It’s challenging yet fun for everyone.
Not to mention that it wraps through the prettiest neighborhood in Florida.
If you’re near, do yourself a favor and go play a few rounds.
Mission Inn Resort & Club - Las Colinas Course
Played On 10/29/2020New favorite course in central Florida
This course is perfect. It’s challenging and fun to play. Greens are true and it’s probably the most picturesque course in the Orlando area.
The price at $54 is amazing.
Mission Inn Resort & Club - Las Colinas Course
Played On 10/22/2020One of the best golf courses in Central Florida
This course is the perfect combination of challenging and fun. Course is in perfect condition and gorgeous. At $50 it’s a steal.
The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Orlando, Grande Lakes
Played On 10/01/2020Disappointed
I’ve always wanted to play this course and finally decided to pull the trigger.
First off, the course is beautiful. It looks like Augusta as you move through it. We saw deer and gators and turkeys... so that was great.
The greens were good but not great. The bunkers were ROCK solid and almost unplayable. There was construction on 5 of the holes and one of the holes we had to skip.
If this course was $50 I’d say absolutely, but not anywhere near $150 worth.
