Staff is very friendly.

Course was in great shape.

Course was jam packed but pace of play was pretty good. 4 hours 15 minutes.

Will play again soon.

You can't ask for a nicer course in better shape. The greens were pristine as were all the fairways.

The pace was so painfully slow. We waited on every single shot. When the ranger came by he was more worried about us branching off as a twosome instead of hearing anything about getting people to pick up the pace.

Course was way overbooked.

If you want to wait for every shot sign up for a long round.

Always nice staff. Layout is challenging and fun. Good greens.

Only complaint is the control of cart keys. We literally had to sit parked at the cart station for 20 minutes until it was our tee time. I wanted tio just go to the first tee behind the group in front of us so we could get a feel for the course (never been here b4).
I've played golf for 50 years and never had that. When i mentioned to cart attendants that they should bring that observation up to management in the next meeting they said I should go back into pro shop to take it up with them.

Dumb rule. Managers you need to get off the control thing. Let customers out of the barn.

Greens are terrible. There is some sort of crabgrasss on greens that deflects every putt. It's like an obstacle course to putt thtough every time

Played here many many times over the years. Always challenging course and always nice staff.

The course was a fun wide open layout. Fairways were in fair to good shape. Greens could not hold a ball no matter how I tossed one in. I'm a 10 handicap and I can generally spin the ball enough to hold a green. Not on this course. If you throw a ball onto the green from ANY distance it will roll through/off. There was effectively no discernible grass anywhere on the greens.

We could not figure out where the course name came from until the back 9. We actually found it amusing to see the concrete / man made river ( which might be 6 inches deep) flowing through most of the holes on the back.

Very open and inviting to use the long stick all day. Smooth but fast greens.

Pace was a bit slow. 4 hours and 45 minutes to play late on a Saturday afternoon.
