The course is played hard during winter snow bird season yet is well maintained. Today 3/16 the greens had been sanded days but didn’t effect the line just the speed Some . Fairways are in great shape but you need to land in them or else you’ll find a funky lie or two. Stay out of back nine bunkers on several holes; Deep and Steep. The course has 5 par 5s. Its challenging but easy fun from the yellow/gold tees. Great for 5 to 12 handicap. Staff is great and the drink cart came by 4 times. Everyone is helpful.

If you want to avoid summer heat index tee off early. The course has easy and challenging holes, plenty water but can be easily avoided and forced carries. Traps are well kept, fairways mostly perfect, greens true and consistent speed. Pick your tee box distance and have a fun round

Courses water pump hadn’t work for several weeks while getting repaired. All fairways dead and brown. Be sure to call a head for course conditions.
