Fairways were hard and fast, however greens very soft. But greens were fast.

Fairways were a little beat up from football season at the Rose Bowl. But green were very fast and in fine condition. I've played this course in May and fairways were green and in good shape.

I have played the Bay course at Seaview many times. The course is always in great condition. It depends on the weather , if windy, the course plays entirely different then if there is no wind. That's what makes it a great play. The LPGA has been playing there for the last several years.
