What a gem.

You can't beat the value. Great course. Played in 4 1/2 hours. Lots of water but no problem with planned shots. The bunkers could have been better. Need drainage.
Overall too good to be true.

The coarse has a few drainage problems. However it plays well. There should be a restroom on the fron nine and another on the back
