Great course and in great condition. If this course was remotely close to and interstate or highway....I would give 5 stars. This course is literally built in the middle, and I do mean middle of nowhere.

When I am able to play "private" courses, my expectations are higher than normal. Nothing to write home about this course and course conditions not impressive at all. Greens were great , staff was friendly...other than that, it was your average course NC. Nothing made me feel like I wanted to play it again.

I found this course some years ago after playing some of the more famous ones in NMB. This course was incredible and was such a joy playing. Ball in fairways was like hitting off tees and the greens were true. This course is a diamond in the ruff and I play it twice every time I'm in NMB. For the money...I highly recommend it. 4 stars!

This course is great for all level golfers. Very golfer friendly and forgiving but you can find trouble. Fun to play with fast greens. It's a gem!

This course is a must play. Donald Ross greens front 9...so you will have to be accurate on approach shots. Greens bigger on back nine. Greens roll true and great layout. Overall I give this course 4.5 stars.

This golf course is worth every penny paid to play. I played for the first time in January under north Carolina winter conditions and it was a joy to play. Greens were excellent but small, which means you better watch your approach shots. Other than that...you will really enjoy playing this golf course and I highly recommend it if you are in North Carolina and around the Charlotte area. I give it 5 stars.

Course is average. Staff is rude and steals items left behind from golfers by mistake. Forgot my $120 jacket in my cart which had to be cleaned ....and my jacket was not found. Called and Bill in club house said he would go and ask and would call me back. He never called back to say if they found it or not. I had to call back and Bill hung up the phone on me. So much for honesty and being a gentleman in this sport. I will never play there again and I will recommend to all my golfing friends not to play there as well. I love when people show their true colors and this golf course showed me that as a paying customer....I didnt matter.

This is a city public course that will challenge you and dare you at the same time. Greens are not true but some TLC and they will be better by spring and summer. This is one of my favorite play/practice courses in Charlotte. For the money....its not bad for a fun round of golf.

This is a shot making course. Challenging for all levels but a fun layout for all to enjoy as well. It is worth the money and staff is very friendly. Amenities are descent. I recommend this track for all lovers of the game.

This is a muni golf course so don't expect the Ritz. This course is very descent and the greens are in great shape. Front 9 is easier than the back 9. One drivable par 4 which is fun. Fairways not the best rated but descent. Fun design and challenging for all skill levels. Course is starting to really green up as summer approaches.

Course is not to long but challenging enough for every level player. Have to think about shot placements to score. Greens in great condition and roll true. Greens hold shots and reward pain seekers. Highly recommend if you're in the Charlotte NC area. 2 thumbs up!

The 4 star ratings for this course we're not warranted from what I played on. I was disappointed for the money and the condition of the course was below what I expected. While on vacation in myrtle beach, I never have to play this course again. Some of the fairways are like hardpan lies. Not plush at all. Greens were the best thing about this course. Overall...this is a 3 star course.

I was taken by the plushnes of this gem. Great layout with some challenging holes. The greens rolled true and the fairways were a joy to play from. No hardpan fairways here. My only 2 negatives were pace of play is horrible and only one fairway a slight drainage problem. Other than that...this is a must play course. Will definitely play this course again and everytime I come back. I played Beachwood as well....this course is BETTER! My opinion. 11 handicap
