We loved having the course to ourselves at 103 degrees not many people like that but we do

The pictures on line show the course as it was a few years ago they are in renovations and everything is dead the greens are brown but you don't find that out until the hot deal through golf now has been paid and they still had people backed up waiting to golf not enjoyable at all

We had a tee time yesterday at 1:28 pm (Bradford) for 2 people - it all started out quite nicely - beautiful day to golf.

After we started the back 9 holes (I believe hole #10 - 5 par) our cart started running out of juice so we were fearful that we would completely run out of juice to complete the course if we stopped and golfed at each hole - so we started back to the club house - for the remainder of the return - my husband had to push the cart up the hills to get it back to the clubhouse - at hole #14 we sent a message from the cart that we needed assistance - but no one came to help us - we got our cart back to the cart garage and turned it in - telling the person taking in the carts what happened - he was unaware that we had called for assistance - and he said he was glad to hear about the problem of the carts - and that we should talk with the clubhouse today - and let you know what happened.

We love to golf at your course and do many many times during the summer - we have done the stay and play package 3 years now. But I am not happy at all with what happened yesterday - I don’t think it is good business to have your repeat customers(or any customers) have to push the cart back to the clubhouse and actually miss golfing the last 8 holes.

I would really appreciate your response to this matter.
