Great layout but poorly overseeded from the fall. Sand traps all have hard sand. Greens werespoty and lacked watering. Greens started burning out. Course was aerified recently and loose grass not picked up. Many of the aerified areas had no grass but just dirt. No mention of the aerifivation before the round. You would think they would be up front about the condition. Played here many times but this was the worst.

Price was $29 but after playing you could see why. Layout was horrible with mogels all around the course. Should not have them in front on greens because you have to run up shots because of the hard greens. Greens had several brown spots. Don’t know if was an over seeding problem or lack of water. The large dips off the greens should be filled in with dirt and leveled. It to believe this is a course owned by the owners of the Tradtions.

Much improved over last year. Over seeding of greens was much better than last year. Over seeding of fairways much improved. Pace of play was 5 hours. Good layout of course.

Played this course for years. Worst I have ever seen this course. Greens had no grass on many bare spots and full of weeds. Weeds all over the course. Looks like they have no money to spend on maintenance. Overpriced at $38. Paid $22 many times before. Horrible driving range. Will never play again.

This course is usually in good shape and is a good value. The greens were in excellent shape. The fairways had many bare spots. The bunkers were in horrible shape because of an over growth of weeds and inconsistent sand. It was a poor value at $33. I will not play it again this winter.

Greens were poor with many bare spots and full of bumps. Fairways had many spots with no grass from poor quality overseeding. Worst I have ever seen this in 10 years of winter golf in Arizona. Sand bunkers were inconsistant. Small bucket of range balls was $5 and use to be free. This course use to be a good course but is not worth the money this year. Doubt if these greens and fairways will come back!
