The course is in very good shape. The greens in particular are near perfect and I only found one or two ball marks per green that hadn't been repaired (kudos to the resident golfers). The starter at the turn (hole 10) is a bit of a character...all bark, no bite. She's on a bit of a power trip, but take a second to chat with her and she's actually quite pleasant albeit quirky. Pro shop staff and the starter on hole one were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Tuscany Falls at PebbleCreek - West Course
Played On 01/10/2019Nice track and facilities
Early morning round and we had the course to ourselves. The front nine is brand new and in perfect shape (as is the back nine). Holes 3-8 are still cart path only until the turf is soundly established. The greens were immaculate and the sand traps nice and fluffy. Fairly straight forward course with little to no surprises and blind shots. Some fairways were pretty narrow requiring very straight tee shots. Facilities are very nice and the staff was extremely friendly.

Played On 03/21/2018Greens and Fairways in nice shape
This course is really showing it's age and the need for a large infusion of maintenance money. However, in contrast to early winter conditions, the greens and fairways are in very nice condition. The employees are very pleasant. No complaints here when taking the fees into consideration. Good value for a practice round.

5+ hour round. Frost delay blamed, but a marshall was sorely needed. Traps are horribly maintained. The rest of the course was fairly maintained. Track layout is fantastic, so this course has the potential to be a real gem. I'll try back in a couple of years.

I've been golfing here once a month or so for the last three winters. I've noticed this year that things seem to be slowly taking a turn for the worse. The clubhouse is starting to feel old and unused, the landscaping throughout the course doesn't have the attention to detail from previous years, and the personnel have slowly turned from being some of the industries' friendliest, to marginally interested in their jobs.
Still a fun track in decent to good conditions. A good value can be still be found here for now. Sadly, the prior perk of free range balls is no longer included with green fees.
Wigwam Resort - Blue Course
Played On 01/16/2018short track with very challenging greens
Championship tees play about 6K yds. Greens small, stiff, well hidden and very challenging. I especially enjoy how every square inch of this course is so lush and green. Played a midday, mid-week threesome and finished in three hours!

The course looks the best I've seen it in five years! Rounds can be slow for afternoon tee times. Some of the traps are getting pretty thin and could use more sand. All in all, a great course and a great value.

The course is very maintained. It's evident the employees take pride in their course. Nothing but friendly service to be found here.
If I absolutely had to nitpick to find something to complain about, it's the hard pan directly under a very thin layer of sand in some of the traps. Next time if I manage to just stay out of the bunkers, I'll have absolutely nothing to complain about!
The Legacy Golf Club
Played On 01/02/2018Precision Required
Great track layout requiring precision. Fairway bunkers punish slightly askew drives and the greens are well guarded by fairly deep traps. Greens are challenging enough by design, but the myriad of unrepaired ball marks made precision putting all but impossible.
I've noticed a growing trend throughout the valley this year...very few folks are repairing ball marks nor adequately raking-out bunker shots. Unfortunately, the Legacy is plagued by this problem significantly more than neighboring courses.
We played mid-day, mid-week and the course was packed. Finished in just under five hours.
Practice facilities were nice and well maintained. Bag porters, starter, and snack cart lady were extremely friendly. Pro shop personnel lacked interest.
I can't recommend this course at full price but good deals on GolfNow can be found that make it well worth a visit (much to the obvious consternation of the shop staff).

A genuine welcome awaits you at Los Caballeros. The staff is the epitome of customer service and friendliness.
The course was in beautiful condition and immaculately maintained. I really appreciated the elevation changes and extreme challenge of the greens.
Well worth the long drive for me.

First time golfing Sundance since Feb. The course is in very nice shape. Had a 3-1/2 hour round playing in a foursome! That doesn't happen very often during the winter in AZ. Will be back again soon.

This golf course is very lush. It's rare to have a bad lie in the fairways and shoulder rough. The overall layout and hazards make the course interesting and challenging, but definitely not overwhelming. I have little doubt that if this course was located in an urban area it would be packed on a daily basis. Since it's rural and at least a half hour drive for most folks, I find the course almost empty at mid-day during the week. It's a shame for the course, but great for my solitude-loving self!
